After we set up a new address with…

After we set up a new address with them, the first 2 items we ordered were delivered to our new address with no problem. But suddenly they stop delivering orders to our new address. Orders got lost or ended up in Enfield instead of Beckenham for no reason Contacting the customer service and the management was a huge waste of time. They couldn’t provide any logical explanation why they stopped delivering items to Beckenham according to our postcode. We had to cancel the subscription with them Amazon please do better

Mcafee charged me twice for annual…

Mcafee charged me twice for annual subscrption. Despite two phone calls and over an hour on phone. I have no written confirmation that they will give me a refund. They just give verbal acknowledgement that they will look into my issue without putting anything in writing . In addition they use the call to continually attempt empts to sell me more .It is s impossible to log this anywhere on their website. All you can do is phone ir in without anythibg being done by them just using delaying tactics to fob me off. Next step is to get credit card company to deal with it and get my money back hopefully otherwise i will report it to police as theft

Don't download McAfee Virus Scanners

I decided to download a McAfee Virus Scanner. I got a one year premium subscription for $116.90. It never did load. Their technicians tried to fix it, but couldn't. So, I told them that I wanted to cancel the virus scanner if it wouldn't load on my computer. They told me that I needed to call and order Asurion Home Plus Service and that they would come to my house, or do it remotely, and clean my computer so that the McAfee Virus Scanner could then be loaded onto my computer, which I did. I called Asurion and asked if I could make an appointment for a technician to come to my house or do it remotely and clean it and the guy there said that they don't come to house and that I would have to bring it there. I said it is a PC, I am a senior citizen, and I don't want to have to bring it in. So, I said that I wanted to cancel my subscription for $27.05. The next thing I knew they had switched me back to McAfee and their technician tried to download the Virus Scanner again for 2 hours. She was unsuccessful. By then I had been on the phone for this issue for several hours. She said that she would call me back at 5:00 am and then she would get Asurion on the line and try to get the technician to do it remotely. The next morning, I got up early, turned on the computer, and waited for her phone call. She never called. By 8:00 am, I called McAfee and told them that I had had it with their company and that I wanted to cancel my subscription. They asked if another technician could check it one more time. One and a half hours later, they finally admitted that they couldn't fix it and finally agreed to cancel my subscription. I called Asurion and cancelled that one too. At 1:30 pm, the technician that had promised to call me at 5:00 am called me back to see if I ever got my computer cleaned and the McAfee installed. I told her, "Thanks for not calling me at 5:00 am as you promised to." Then, I said, "No... but I did cancel both subscriptions, and never plan to use either company again. Such a frustrating couple of days.

Like many of the other one-star reviews. Repeated messages to their helpdesk being ignored.Update: helpdesk replied to my request after five days. Problem sorted out. Still, five days...?

Wrong service done

Ask David why he did a second oil change in three days. Brought him pics of the boot on the rack and pinion and power steering leak. But got an oil change. Miss communication? No I wrote on the ticket what I needed. Now I have been without a car all day; they did an oil change instead of what I asked them to do. I’m so upset! I bring three cars to this place. Have spent thousands of dollars. They actually took off the oil change sticker that had been out on three days before. Have grease/oil stains in my carpet. Since David has worked there this is the second mess up. Last time they tried to over charge me for labor and said it was the last part in town and it cost more. Have been going here for years but now since David is manager it has been really bad. Last time I will go there. Got a free oil change from David due to ridiculous price gouging the last time. I no longer trust AAA due to the manager David.

Absolutely uselss communication

Absolutely useless communication. There is no way to speak to someone... an expensive phone call waiting for ever listening to a pointless recorded message. A competely useless waste of time! Oh yes of course THERE ARE NO MORE TICKET OFFICES! Great WELL DONE TFL! this is the wreckage of a decent service. If there was a minus score I would give it. Absolute waste of time..... Oh yes I forgot I don't have an oyster now becasue it was stolen I can't get in touch wiht anybody at TFL for a replacement and so I have to pay a return fare from Finsbury Park to Kings Cross (an 8 minute journey) for £12.40 ! ! £12.40!! that's a RIP OFF..

Instant purchase with tricky quest

I bought VIP ticket on Dream Theater website that was established by Songick platform - no problems with online purchase.But before the show start I'd experienced a lot of problems with recieving tickets, because in the numerous lists of guests I was absent! I spent over 1 hour talking with various staff standing in cold outside. Eventually, I've managed to get one man, that found me in some other lists in dark corners of closet.If I didn't know something in English, probably, I would failed...

Violation of Book with Confidence Policy

I booked a 4-bedroom house 4 months in advance of my trip. 48 hours before the trip, the property manager messaged to cancel the reservation because he did not have the proper rental permit. According to the Book with Confidence guidelines, I should have received assistance re-booking a similar property. I spent 2 hours on the phone with Customer Service. They first gave me $2,000 in OneKey Points. However, zero properties in the area accepted OneKeyPoints as a method of payment (completely fake money). I escalated, and was told I could re-book a similar property up to 150% of the cancelled reservation. They could not help me re-book, so I had to do it myself. The only equivalent property I could find 48 hours out was $200 more, had half of the amenities of the other property, cost $700 to heat the pool, and a less desirable location for us. VRBO is now contesting that they owe me $200. This was a gross violation of their Book with Confidence policy, and a terrible consumer experience.
