After we set up a new address with them, the first 2 items we ordered were delivered to our new address with no problem. But suddenly they stop delivering orders to our new address. Orders got lost or ended up in Enfield instead of Beckenham for no reason Contacting the customer service and the management was a huge waste of time. They couldn’t provide any logical explanation why they stopped delivering items to Beckenham according to our postcode. We had to cancel the subscription with them Amazon please do better
