Absolutely uselss communication

Absolutely useless communication. There is no way to speak to someone... an expensive phone call waiting for ever listening to a pointless recorded message. A competely useless waste of time! Oh yes of course THERE ARE NO MORE TICKET OFFICES! Great WELL DONE TFL! this is the wreckage of a decent service. If there was a minus score I would give it. Absolute waste of time..... Oh yes I forgot I don't have an oyster now becasue it was stolen I can't get in touch wiht anybody at TFL for a replacement and so I have to pay a return fare from Finsbury Park to Kings Cross (an 8 minute journey) for £12.40 ! ! £12.40!! that's a RIP OFF..
