We are currently dealing with VRBO over a last minute rental. We booked a cabin in Gatlinburg, TN a week before check in. After booking, the property owner called and forced us to have an hour long conversation on all things Gatlinburg (even though we told her we had been there more than 30 times). Once we completed the conversation to her satisfaction, she sent us her contracts to sign. There were lots of unreasonable things required in the contract. All giant red flags so we contacted her and asked to cancel since we did not agree or the terms of the contract. She refused. I explained that had she disclosed these “requirements” on the property listing, I would not have booked but she still refused. VRBO also refused to assist us and lied, saying the contract is available on their page. I checked again, and it is not. We have used VRBO without incident for 20 years. We will never use them again. So beware. They protect the property owner, not the consumer.

Our company invested in the Salesforce CRM just over three years ago, and it has helped boost our sales teams’ productivity and improve our internal sales processes. As a result, we do not think twice about renewing our contact each year. That said, we were recently mislead by Salesforce when we inquired about two of their marketing solution add-ons, Pardot and Datorama. We felt the initially quoted price for Pardot and Datorama was fair and reasonable, but we were thrown a curve ball when the contract arrived. The contract included “implementation costs” that amounted to nearly one-third of the total licensing cost, and these costs were never disclosed in the initially quoted price. This significant increase in the overall cost of our license was only disclosed after the signing of the contract. We trust this is not the way Salesforce wishes to conduct business with its valued customers, and we look forward to having them resolve this problem.

IF I could give "MINUS 5 stars", I WOULD !!WHY?- non-existing Customer-Support 1 - (formular-requests & -questions)(for 7½ months, Facebook has NOT even bothered to get back to me - not even with a "auto-reply")- non-existing Customer-Support 2 - (no phone-number & chat-channels):(is embarrasingly missing, as written!)- STRONGLY BIASED(Facebook claims to "be neutral" - but, this we continue to experience to be A VERY BIG LIE! ... since october-7-2023 SO MANY (including me) has been BLOCKED (typically 6-days, xx times, that is then "time-streched" (in order to teach the customer to comply)) for supporting the palestinians).(in my case: 8 times, since oct-7-2023)- Plus independent Reports-etc - concluding upon Facebook!(fx. a report from Human Rights Watch, with serious critics of Facebook! - that all-in-all exactly reflects, what I and other customers have experience IRL with Facebook !!)(a report, that Facebook has denied the contents of - despite the report mirroring what I and others have & are still experiencing)--To my experience:Facebook strikes me, at being a "the-more-profit-the better" influence- & money-machinery - and NOT anything like what Facebook claims to be!!!Which is SO VERY SAD - and full of double-standard!- beautiful neutral words, and a deeply biased reality!---The Consequence, Facebook:- you are asking for it!- and we will leave you (Facebook etc) to die, like an old obnoxious Dinosaur! - because we cannot in ANY WAY accept your systematic manipulations & discriminations, and your prohibition of Free Speech at "your company-construct: that you call Facebook",- so, bye bye! Mercari has recently changed their selling format to benefit their sellers. The seller lists something at a specific price. As an example, I wanted a brand new wig priced at $110. When all was said and done by the end of the fee adding, it would have cost me $154. The majority of the fee is their percentage that the seller used to pay to sell their item that they are now making the buyer pay. They also have a fee for processing your payment, a fee just because and who knows what else. Until just recently they had a “no return” policy. At least they’ve changed that. Speaking to their customer service dept (which is a nightmare to contact) all you get is, “we have millions of people who love our fee policy.” They are delusional. My thought is with all the negative comments I’m finding on EVERY site, they will change it back. Until then, I will shop elsewhere.

Today has been exactly one week and I have been on the phone non-stop trying to get this issue cleared up for my parents who are in their 90s. They purchased an oven/stove range. After 8 months, everything stopped working. The repair person explained to us that it was an installer issue. The wrong cord was provided, and it wasn't installed correctly apparently. My parents purchased a 3-year warranty plan, but with Lowe's, they don't cover anything the first year. They told me flat out that "hardly anything goes wrong the first year." They also do not answer their phones and when I did get somebody, I kept getting disconnected. I believe I was hung up on. My repair person explain to me that because it was an installer issue, that they really should help, but they flat out refuse. Their solution? They told me they would refund me the $0.56 if I went out and purchased the cord. What about the couple of hundred dollars it's going to cost my parents to have somebody come out and fix the oven? This could also be a fire hazard if I'm remembering what the repair person told me correctly. Please stay away from Lowe's, and Whirlpool. Neither company is the least bit helpful. They don't stand by their products or their mistakes. Customer service means absolutely nothing to either company!! I don't know what else to do to get help, and I need an immediate resolution to this.

Have been happy with holiday inn express in several cities. Last night in Pierre SD was an exception. Will not stay there again. Sink wouldn’t drain. Kuerig machine broken. Was told we couldn’t use the exit door near our room as the lock was broken. Broken pancake maker in breakfast. Breakfast room complete failure after other holiday inn expresses. No one at front desk with note she’d be back later.
