As a paying customer, I was using this tool for serious research and decision-making. Whatever update was pushed has quietly downgraded the service with no notice or consultation. It’s now unreliable, neutered, and unusable for advanced users. Please roll back the changes or give us the version we paid for.

How a tabloid can be called independent when their articles are so dependant on being heavily left biased, bizarre. Misleading articles that don't tell any kind of truth as often with an agenda, more strongly than other tabloids. And the most criminal part has to be the articles on their website, half of which seem as though they were written by one with mental instability, which is the only way they can be described. The articles avoid common sense, logic and science. You could say the articles avoid reality; as most of what's in them is far removed.

What did I like best about DreamHost Professional Services? In the end I got a new website, which was my goal. But it was a non-stop battle and I should have hired someone else.I had to ask for changes multiple times. I had to design the website myself. Literally every page I had to layout myself and then be frustrated when they couldn't just copy what I gave them on the first try.Here's an example: -Please put the top menu in the order 'A, B, C, D'. - What did they give me? 'A, C, B, D'. I had to do all the quality control. They had no graphic sensibilities. Zero. They'd put an image on the website and it'd be cropped and stretched. I'd say "this is bad because X, Y, Z. fix it so that it is like this" and they'd not make the change or change it wrong. They left 2.5 GB of backups on my FTP site. They broke internal URLs. They used the wrong images. They never answered half my questions. They were vague about everything. The whole process took almost 5 months—over twice as long as I was originally told. The list goes on and on, but you get the point. It was a horrible, painful experience.After the website was complete, I had to make so many changes myself. If I wasn't experienced with editing a Wordpess site (so that I could fix all their garbage), after DreamHost Professional Services was 'finished', I would have been stuck with a semi-functional website full of errors that would have damaged my small business.I also hired DreamHost Professional Services to do SEO optimization and that turned out to be worthless garbage. In the end I have a website I really like, but it is because I was knowledgeable to fix all their errors.I have been hosting my website with DreamHost for 15+ years. They are a great hosting service and they should stick with that.

Now on 10/04/22 i raised a request with oneassist as there was cooling issue there technician visited on 13/04/22 who said the problem is gas requires to refill as there has been gas leakage. Now he said there will different technician who would visit to resolve but no one came, I called them multiple times but have no success, i requested as this weather change has impacted in health condition my son who is 2.6 years old has got fever and doctors have recommended to keep in one temprature as his body temperature has been uneven it was between 98 to 105.40 due to weather now since had not respone until 10working days. I asked Amazon to help me with product claim as this what it was promised on Amazon site while making purchase but Amazon said it is just a platform to seller to sell product and buyer to buy they cannot help further. Now my only question is this is what even shops outside on roads also do they are to a platform that to accessible and get things quick but they do actually help in situation and support, but Amazon frontline denied calls to discuss, escalations denied to speak and executive team denied to communicate also chat escalations said the best resolution is to connect oneassist myself as they cannot help in any case. It's been really bad experience ever since Jeff bezos has left services of Amazon has gone as ruthless and it's been bad experience.

Polygon is no different from Kotaku in the sense that it is a sensationalist, Political slam page that pretends to be a video game review page. They do much of the same, inject politics into video game reviews, create click bait-y articles, and in general, refuse to actually play the video games they are tasked to play in order to fulfill their editorial tasks.The staff are hostile, hateful, and ignorant of the social issues plaguing Nerd and Geek Culture because to be abundantly clear: They are the problem.They are continuous race baiting and discriminating against anyone who doesn't identify with their political agendas. Furthermore, They refuse to listen to the LGBTQ+ community and continuous tries to speak for them causing more harm to them and the Geek/Nerd Community.Polygon should be both ashamed and apologetic for failing to fulfill their duties as a video game media source and should make more effort to provide updates on video games and other nerdy things instead of creating problems for our community.Much of the same as I feel about Kotaku: The parent companies should fire the entire staff and from this point forward, focus solely on video games by hiring REAL gamers from YouTube and make nerd culture accepting of everyone.Polygon has never tried to be inclusive or accepting of people with difference. They use our difference as exploitation for click-bait.Nothing about what is stated here is a false statement. This is an honest review of their company from my experience with their unbecoming, unprofessional, and negative online behaviors.

A few months ago I bought the G512 keyboard directly from Logitech. I waited 6 weeks for it to arrive and only when I asked for the order to be cancelled 4 times, did the order ship (hindsight I should have refused delivery).I have been using the keyboard a lot due to working from home now and from September the B key has become defective. It will often put in a double or triple B which is annoying for being a developer. Repair request raised, 2 weeks go by and I hear nothing. Then I get the usual things to try, which I did go through just to make sure I wasn't being too dismissive of the support team. But with a reply back saying their steps never worked and numerous chasing for an update on next steps, I am stuck with a defective product from a company that seems to not care about customers.
