Terrible support. I changed phone and my authenticator codes didn't migrate properly so I can't get into my playstation store account. Chat goes to a bot, which sent a password reset link (I know my password) and then won't let me use chat again for 24 hours!!! Absolutely unreal. Just about the fastest way to upset your customers - tell them they have used support once already so you won't help them again until they have cooled off for 24 hours...really!! Whoever came up with that idea is a moron.

I started using Odoo for my bakery. I openend a subscription in February and we started implementing the project the following week. It took us 2 months to setup Odoo in our bakery and it is working very well today. We have sticked too as much standard as possible with some customisations but that work fine. I'm looking forward to experiencing the future months and seeing how this software can help us further. We have a good contact with the analyst from Odoo as well as the sales representative. I can only continue to advise this to other businesses!

Apparently this is a public forum providing for people to share their experiences. This conniving company called Yelp only displays reviews for businesses when customers come through Yelp and pay. Yelp has been hiding over 30 of my positive reviews, claiming their algorithm is designed that way. They want you to pay them thousands of dollars to publicize those reviews. Nothing about this business is legit or honest. They are the definition of what a crook is. Shame on you Yelp. Shame on you for being such a deceitful lying entity, and your employees are a good display of disrespectful and rude. Boycott this company and start using other platforms. They don't deserve a dime of your money or time.

Signed up for UPS My Choice. Failed the one time I went to use it. 2nd time the website keeps me hopping around in circles and when it requested a one time code, it didn't send it. Finally they sent one and then asked me for another one. "You can only get one one time code every 24 hours" came back. Bill additional for shipments that you checked out correctly on their website. No way to work out any issues because they have no way to actually talk to or even email anyone to fix anything. I hate to have to deal with them.

I couldn't believe how fast they responded to my enquiries. I had an overdue account which I paid & notified them. Within minutes, they returned all my data from their servers. I was so afraid I lost half of it or more. I rarely see companies respond at lightning speed. And they take the time to explain things to you. Keep up the fantastic work, Mega!

After experiencing ongoing connectivity issues, I have been:1.) Told to forward all of my customer service concerns to engineering (which makes no sense)2.) Told to go to engineering with my financial concerns (which again, makes no sense)3.) Told that despite us paying for a service we aren't receiving to "wait"4.) Told that the format in which I sent a bug report was incorrect despite following the directions by sending a Drive link if the file was too large to attach to an email5.) Waiting 24 hours at a time to get a response6.) Lastly, hung up on.To be frank, I would avoid this service like the plague. It's a complete waste of money and the headache it will create for you when something goes wrong isn't worth it. You won't get the proper support. You'll be sent from one team to the next. You'll get lag time in your responses and no one will give you a reasonable time frame in which a solution to your issue will happen. Do not waste your time or money.

New name for Vudu but worse. Buffering at least 60% of time. Ads dont buffer at all. Im looking at a spinning wheel most of the time unless an ad comes on. Ive tried both firefox and chrome and tested my data rate at 50mbps. Customer service was an unhelpful chatbot which was clueless, so curious, i waited for a chat person for 40 min. and gave up. This service is absolutely worthless in my experience. I found a movie i wanted to watch so i tried Vudu /Fandango again forgetting my last experience was the same but 8 or 9 months ago. I hope that i can remember to never log on again.

My experience with PHP Scriptsmall was EXCELLENT. Every time they were telling me about the process and customization code is incredible. I had my doubts about whether to hire a company from another country was the right thing, however, they helped me at all times and definitely my experience was the best. Get back to your services without a doubt.
