I am dissatisfied with the inaccurate guidance offered by the customer service team at GetResponse. Despite being a long-time loyal customer with minimal problems in the past, I have encountered multiple significant issues due to the advice provided by GetResponse customer service representatives. Despite assurances of investigation and resolution, no progress has been made thus far. As a result, I have suffered financial losses and lost customers. This level of service is unacceptable.PS: GetResponse have now tried to take down this review NUMEROUS times. Sad state of affairs.

I call customer service regarding why the Internet not working. Made me do all the steps to restart. While she is checking I advise since I had the Internet phone we have been unable to make outbound phone calls. This representative advise me it's because of the outage. OMG I knew I had someone on the phone that didn't know what she was talking about. I have had the service for awhile. I had to hung up. I call back and when I was told internet outage started at 6pm and will be by 8am. Well no fix and now it's 2pm to 3pm. I ask actually where was the outage because I wanted to see there were anyone out fixing the issue...no real answer. Now I personally believe there was no one out late last night fixing anything. Received my new device, and sent my old phone for trade-in. Received the confirmation email that the full amount of £130 would be sent to my account within 14 days.After 16 days, I contacted google customer services. This was the most frustrating experience of my life. Everytime I connected to someone, I had to explain the whole issue from the begining. After 10+ times contacting them, these are some of the terrible responses...- wait another 4 days- check with your bank (never recieved)- check with Klarna (weren't even used)- your bank is withholding the money- it's my fault for not setting up payment services correctly (I had)- payment has definitely been made but we can't provide any reference numbers or evidenceIt has now been 50 days and the payment has still not been made. Google owe me £130 and are refusing to make the payment. I have chased and chased, even threatened legal action. Every time I just get the same generic response "sorry to hear that, we're working hard to solve this issue". But there has been no details or date for when this will be resolved.My advice to anyone looking to use the trade-in service - AVOID at all costs!!!If you need Google Customer Services, good luck! They are as useful as a paper tea pot.How a company can operate like this is beyond me! At this point Google LLC is basically one big scam.

Easy to join, impossible to leave. Instructions for cancelling a trial are, go to account, go to my subscriptions, go to manage subscriptions. The latter option does not appear I have just spent nearly an hour trying to cancel and have still not managed to do so.

If I could give zero stars I would. Got the runaround and was asked to repeat instructions for restoring my printer. Was getting random instructions from people who obviously did not care to review the entire chat to see what I have already been advised to do. I was so fed up I asked for the number for support to call to walk me through a fix and the number that was provided was actually for a medical alert promotion. On top of that, it takes hours for anyone to respond. So this has been going on for four days with no resolution. Awful. Printer is in the trash.

In the last months, my coinbase wallet was hacked ( due to no 2factor identification on that app, you knew about this vulnerability for YEARS and did nothing to fix it), it took an entire week for my deposit to clear ( has NEVER taken that long before) and NOW you locked my account because I was trying to send tether to a mining app that YOU deemed suspicious! WTF??? now it is going to take up to another WEEK to clear it!! RIDICULOUS!!! I am absolutely livid with your app, your customer support and your #$^&^%@ security protocols that have done nothing for my protection and have only hindered my experience. RIP COINBASE

Once again I've ordered a $40 bag of cat food that I haven't received. Says "delivered" but SHOCKER....no picture taken to PROVE it was delivered. This happens when I've ordered a case of Charmin toilet paper. More than once. And AGAIN I spoke to an ACTUAL HUMAN BEING to "correct" this mistake, only to be treated as if I effed up. And Oh! Spoiler alert! I STILL don't have my package. I had to go to Meijer for ANOTHER bag of cat food, so now I've spent $75 on a bag of cat food since Amazon can't seem to hire honest competent drivers. Absolutely no activity to either resend my item or offer a refund which btw I was told another cat food was reordered. Straight up lying AND stealing. Point blank: you pay for an item that wasn't received; yeah, that's theft. If their end goal is to get us to STOP shopping Amazon and either order elsewhere or in person then congratulations! That's EXACTLY what I'm doing from now on. Honestly, I should have done that LONG AGO.

Stay away from this exchange unless you like to pay the highest fees on line, have very little access to support, and like being dissatisfied on every move you make on the platform. They are set up for max profits and zero customer satisfaction. I have lost crypto coins with little to no help, paid up to 40% to transfer coins to my cold storage, and find the support links disappear when you need them most. Save money and grief and use another exchange. Crypto.com sucks.
