I am dissatisfied with the inaccurate guidance offered by the customer service team at GetResponse. Despite being a long-time loyal customer with minimal problems in the past, I have encountered multiple significant issues due to the advice provided by GetResponse customer service representatives. Despite assurances of investigation and resolution, no progress has been made thus far. As a result, I have suffered financial losses and lost customers. This level of service is unacceptable.PS: GetResponse have now tried to take down this review NUMEROUS times. Sad state of affairs.
