INTERNET OUTAGE OVER 24HRS…

I call customer service regarding why the Internet not working. Made me do all the steps to restart. While she is checking I advise since I had the Internet phone we have been unable to make outbound phone calls. This representative advise me it's because of the outage. OMG I knew I had someone on the phone that didn't know what she was talking about. I have had the service for awhile. I had to hung up. I call back and when I was told internet outage started at 6pm and will be by 8am. Well no fix and now it's 2pm to 3pm. I ask actually where was the outage because I wanted to see there were anyone out fixing the issue...no real answer. Now I personally believe there was no one out late last night fixing anything. I'm sure there are going to charge a full month of service to the bill...at&t SMDH
