Worst company to use, the fees were outrageous, customer service is horrible and they really don’t know what they’re doing. The sales rep told me that I could buy the devices and I thought I did for 2 years to find out after I got tired of paying so much in monthly fees that I never bought them I got charge $2000 at the beginning for the devices just find out that it wasn’t a purchase and now they charged me $600 in “restocking” fees, $150 per device and $75 for “accessories”. I was being charged $85 a month for over a year for a “authorization” form that wasn’t signed but I actually never got to even see let alone signed and calling then can be the most painful experience in the world I know before hand that I am going to spend over 1 hour being transferred to different departments because no one wants to deal with the issue. Horrible company don’t recommend to anyone specially small business. I wonder if we all get together we could put some pressure on the corporate office to change things at least for those who haven’t been lucky enough to leave.

If I could leave 0*s I would. Have spent alot of money with ASOS over the years. Time to shop with a company that cares about customer service and quality. Bought a £150 pair of Dr Martens laces broke on first use. So item can't be worn without buying another pair of laces. Something you shouldn't have to do when paying that amount. They will only look at the issue if I send the boots back when there is no issues with the boots and they have already been worn once. Today I opened a sealed packet of clothing which was only delivered yesterday and the item of clothing looks like somebody has rolled around in mud in it. Its shocking that somebody would pack that up. Its not a small amount of mud it takes up half of the leg. Have sent pictures to ASOS but like all contact with ASOS it falls on completely deaf ears. Cancelled ASOS premier and would advise anybody if you don't want to be disappointed don't shop with ASOS. Over two weeks after writing about the shocking state they sent items still no response. What company doesn't even acknowledge the issues raised by customers!!!

BE WARNED. Pinterest is actually storing a lot of information about you and your usage of their site and following you around the web to try and sell you anything you've expressed an interest in. Try it as a test sometime and see - search for something specific on Pinterest and watch how everywhere you go online you'll be bombarded by advertisements trying to sell you that item.

Easy to use, affordable, excellent quick service and issue resolution. I did a thorough research of all the available options before choosing Dreamhost, and I have not been disappointed. The only problem I do have is with plugins in Wordpress that often cause problems leading to me having to go in and spend time fixing stuff, but that's not a Dreamhost issue.

I'd echo the other reviews - I tried to cancel my trial subscription during the COVID pandemic to find their phone lines weren't working and there was no way to do this online. Can't believe this is legal. So I had to pay another month. At least when I got through today I was able to quote some of these reviews to the poor call centre guy. Maybe things will change?

The first agent said I would get a refund for an automated renewal that went to my junk mail. I also never used the site. Then another agent said I wouldn’t get my refund. The site is very hard to use and not convenient at all. I recommend you use another site. Not user friendly

I am stunned by the appalling quality of customer care from this company. They are dishonest and incompetent. The levels they have stooped to, in an attempt to disguise their inadequacies is baffling. Having spent thousands through this app they have made it very clear that customer loyalty means nothing to them and at their own rude recommendation I will book direct in future and swerve these incompetent and dishonest middle men.

BOTTOM LINE DO NOT SHOP MACYS ON LINE!!! If I could possibly give Macy’s a negative 1,000 for their complete and total ineptness from theIr consumer fraud # they give you to call (TOTALLY CLUELESS) to their own Macy’s on line shopping customer service department, I would. My credit card was charged twice for an item that THEY CANCELLED and they no longer had as an order. For over 4 hours I was passed back and forth between these COMPLETELY INEPT INCOMPETENT departments. Bottom line Macy still has $630 of my money and I have no product and I have to deal with my credit card company direct to get my money back. I was told to wait 10-15 business days when it should have been able to dealt with immediately or at least within 1-3 business days. BOTTOM LINE DO NOT SHOP MACYS ON LINE!!!
