If I could leave 0*s I would. Have spent alot of money with ASOS over the years. Time to shop with a company that cares about customer service and quality. Bought a £150 pair of Dr Martens laces broke on first use. So item can't be worn without buying another pair of laces. Something you shouldn't have to do when paying that amount. They will only look at the issue if I send the boots back when there is no issues with the boots and they have already been worn once. Today I opened a sealed packet of clothing which was only delivered yesterday and the item of clothing looks like somebody has rolled around in mud in it. Its shocking that somebody would pack that up. Its not a small amount of mud it takes up half of the leg. Have sent pictures to ASOS but like all contact with ASOS it falls on completely deaf ears. Cancelled ASOS premier and would advise anybody if you don't want to be disappointed don't shop with ASOS. Over two weeks after writing about the shocking state they sent items still no response. What company doesn't even acknowledge the issues raised by customers!!!
