BOTTOM LINE DO NOT SHOP MACYS ON LINE!!! If I could possibly give Macy’s a negative 1,000 for their complete and total ineptness from theIr consumer fraud # they give you to call (TOTALLY CLUELESS) to their own Macy’s on line shopping customer service department, I would. My credit card was charged twice for an item that THEY CANCELLED and they no longer had as an order. For over 4 hours I was passed back and forth between these COMPLETELY INEPT INCOMPETENT departments. Bottom line Macy still has $630 of my money and I have no product and I have to deal with my credit card company direct to get my money back. I was told to wait 10-15 business days when it should have been able to dealt with immediately or at least within 1-3 business days. BOTTOM LINE DO NOT SHOP MACYS ON LINE!!!
