This platform simply doesn't take responsibility and don't refund you. It's my worst online Purchase experience so far since 2012, i don't recommend anyone to put a dime or their website. They're untrustworthy and manipulative. Temu.com is so much better in terms of order processing and return/refunds.
Review of agoda
My wife booked a hotel through Agoda, paid with her credit card and everything looked good, except there was no immediate confirmation email. A few minutes later, an email arrived from Agoda cancelling the booking. When she went back to the website to try and rebook, the price had gone up by nearly 20%. To make matters worse, the transaction is still showing pending on her credit card, which impacts her available credit.

Something changed and they have gone from just ok to crap. Actually it's time for me to just move away from this mess, especially after viewing/using other competitors sites. DB somehow managed to make their flow into a convoluted mess. It's time to go.

Extremely hard to set up new phone. My old phone broke and is unuasable so got a new one, when trying to recover my stuff it was sending messages to my old phone instead of the email I gave them. After this I went through a recovery process where at the end it told me I had to wait another 24 hours. Absolute joke of a company.

Customer service is a joke- cart identified my address as "freight forwarder" which is isn't. Reached out to cust service three times, one week later I get a reply literally telling me to find another supplier. I changed shipping address and order went through. Expressed my displeasure (not in a discourteous way) at the lack of help via email and then account gets banned. Brilliant guys, ban a customer who spends $1000s a year on tech parts!! Sure, you bet I'll find another supplier now.
