Very bad!!!They closed my account after 7 years without a reason or any warning!If you are asking me, it's because the prices got higher for new customers, and I still paid the old amount (which they agreed to). But this is not a reason to disable a long term user !!!I had a lot of information on their system and now it's all gone and they are not helping me to get it back.They are not allowing me to activate the account back, even not to pull out the information I need! And they do not agree to send it to me!! It's my information!!Oh yeah, and they also charged me already for this month!! Can you believe it?I will sue them soon.Now I need to build everything on another system all over again.7 years for waste!!!

I purchased a few fonts, which I'm very pleased with. I had an issue getting the ligatures to display on one of them - but after contacting the designer (who was very helpful) we exchanged a few messages which lead to me being able to troubleshoot why they weren't displaying properly.

Do not use this service. Never could get it to work properly. Cancelled in January and am still getting billed. You cannot reach them by phone....their phone message says go online. Our plan online shows as "Free". I sent them an email asking to cancel and refund a month ago; no response and we were just charged again. The only way to stop charges is to cancel the card they are billing which is a pain in the butt. The gentleman I spoke to at the credit card company said he had the same problem with Spotify and had to cancel his card. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS - IMPOSSIBLE TO STOP BILLINGS!

I'm Dropbox plus customer for couple of years and just because of one file on my account of over 100gb was suspicious they have blocked access to all my shared files (and not just to the file in question) for security reasons... They haven't even contacted me by email or something to tell me what happened. They have just blocked access to ALL my shared files. It makes NO SENSE AT ALL. I had to contact them to get to find out whats going on. The support was at pretty bad level. Their service however functions well but these kind of small things are also very important and how quick and good the problems are solved.

Farhan was extremely professional. He took his time, he was very methodical! I am not tech savvy. He was able to explain it in simple language. He was chronological in his approach to the problem. He allowed me to maintain my dignity. I left heard by him, and it showed in how he was able to answer all my questions and concerns, and produce a pragmatic answer and step to achieving my goal. HOWEVER, that Bhavesh was very RUDE, Condescending, and unprofessional. rather than assisting me, she took special TIME out... to highlight my short-comings with technology. I asked her for a step my step process so I could follow what was needed to achieve each step in the process. She outright insulted me! If it wasn't for Farhan, I would have made it my business to fly down to the company owner and tell them about her poor communication skills and unprofessional attitude.

AVG is the BestI have been using AVG products for almost 20 years and have never had a problem. I don't have to worry about an invasion of my computer because AVG stops it before it happens. The customer service is also very helpful. One time they accidentally charged my account twice for the same thing and when I called they gave me a refund as well as additional years of service.

XING is a 100% German SCAM based on automatic renewals, small print, etc. Nowhere near LinkedIn for Germany and DACH region in 2023 in terms of usefulness in recruiting.As a recruiter, I've tried dozens of apps, etc. When I wanted to cancel before my subscription period was over - no problem whatsoever, hell I even canceled and got refunded after the period was over!XING though, 100% knows its place in the market - IT IS NOWHERE near other services, let alone LinkedIn.So XING - does the only thing left to get people's money somehow - plays with SMALL PRINT. When I outreached to them with the info that I wanted to cancel the upcoming subscription - they said "You need to do that three weeks before the end, it was in the small print that we've put in terms, and we deliberately did not send you any info about upcoming renewal, so you'd forget about that. We also do not care you haven't used the XING for 99,9% of the previous year. You need to pay the next full subscription for the year; also - we've blocked your account. If you do not pay it - we will send debt collectors."LOL. Which level of pathetic are you, XING? Whenever you look, you see such stories about how XING is scamming people outta their money - hard not to see it. So if you are recruiter or candidate in 2023 - LITERALLY NO REASON to use XING! I mean - you get amazing Sales Navigator for less, and XING is nowhere near the reach, and possibilities of LinkedIn. XING is nothing more than a huge waste of anyone's time, money, and nerves in 2023 and beyond. It is a dying platform with no real bang-for-a-buck factor & their support is exceptionally bad as well.PS. No need for your pathetic replies. You know what you are doing. And yes - I am your client, you don't have to know which one.
