Useless for audiobook

Thank you for asking me to review your shady practices. I am an avid audiobook listener, at least 2-3 books a week. Had the subscription for over a year. As so many have mentioned. Very deceitful, and disingenuous business model. Audiobook titles are only available for a few days after billing, if you saved it great, otherwise you are SOL, you will have to wait a whole month. They make it so you pay another month of sub. Don’t believe their BS excuse “titles are available based on demand” if you sign up for trial, all titles are available, while paying subscribers have to wait. I don’t care, I will prepay for whole year. So to combat their shady practices, I keep signing up with AppleID “hide your email feature”. Change your practices, instead increase the membership fee, or offer annual membership where you don’t hide titles.

VERY POOR SERVICE...GOING DOWN HILL!!! I am a formal State government employee. On occasion, I would travel 1-4 week throughout the state and ever since I moved to another state to retire, I continued to utilize my business trips to include Hilton Hotel chains. Recently I stayed at the Hilton Hampton Inn in Plano. After asking for extra towels, staff told me to ask the desk. Staff was very unwelcoming! -Asked for a refund for 3 out of 5 days. I complained to Corporate and still wasn't able to rectify the issue.

Trying to get refund for ticket is almost impossible, I called and representative told me to go on website and purchase ticket and my credit would be applied and of course it wasn't, now I can't seem to get gift card or credit. So it seems like I'm just gifting fandago $26.00 like who can afford that with today's prices. They suck won't use them again or shall I refer anyone.

Duolingo is the first app I used

Duolingo is the first app I used. It was very popular and it is free. However, this is one of the most inefficient ways of learning. The phrases were not very useful and it takes a really long time to progress. This is ok if you have a lot of free time but if you are pressed for time and would like to progress faster, then this is not the best app for that.

Absolutely disgusted! After placing an order and paying they cancel it next day without any explanation. There is no way to contact anyone and they ignore all emails. The best thing is they didn't cancel my payment and now I have to go through my bank to get my money back! Be careful of these c!

APPALLING SUPPORT

I have just wasted an hour trying to get help for a problem with Zoom. I paid £60 for my membership this month, but am not considered important enough to get phone or email support.The online chat cut out on me FIVE times, each time in the middle of a 'conversation' with their agent.This is appalling service - I can't see any way to resolve this problem if even the online chat doesn't work properly. AVOID ZOOM!!!

Great delivery, Great customer service!

First off, the package arrived 2 days earlier than expected so that was a plus! The process of purchasing the product was simple and I have no complaints about the condition of the package itself. That being said, I made the rookie mistake of not overlooking a feature that was clearly present in the photos that I required for my purchase, but despite my avoidable mistake, the company accepted a full refund and return of the package, within the hour, making the process headache free for me. I was only asked once for the reason for the return (an obvious question to potentially prevent complications in the future) then after seeing my response, I had received an email with instructions for the return! It was straight forward and easy as pie! I recommend Newegg for anyone who wants a trustworthy, friendly experience and I'd be satisfied with my purchase, regardless of the return, as the delivery was faster then posted, so it was a win win in my books, all things considered. 5 stars hands down! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Macy's for the most part is a reliable company and I generally receive items in a few days. However, before the holidays they sent me the wrong sweater that I had ordered, and by the time I received it, the original sweater was no longer in stock. The good news is that my husband ended up loving the 'wrong' sweater and so we decided to keep it. At least it was the same brand and price point (Ralph Lauren), and was excellent quality. They just need to double check orders before they send them out.
