Bad company, bad customer service, couldn’t care less about issues Happy to take your money though. The photos of the apartment in Folkestone I booked was nothing like what we arrived to, dirty, window didn’t lock (basement apartment) stank of mould, everything looked old and filthy. No way had it been cleaned. Mould was the worst I’ve smelt in any place. Had my 6 year old son with me. Decided it was not safe and did not stay. Company still won’t refund!! Mould ridden property (patches of the walls painted over, electric box was nicotine yellow) and they said because the mould wasn’t in the apartment (sorry where you there?!) just by the door not understanding mould is airborne and is extreme dangerous.Staff couldn’t be anymore unhelpful if they actually tried. Don’t know what they are doing. Joke. No manager called back despite being told twice they would 2 days running. Pathetic. Getting my refund through visa thanks very much. Need to be shut down.

They probably have a good product, since many companies use them. But when I contacted the support team for a simple question about the functionality, it took them seven (!) days to respond, just to say they were forwarding my question to another department. So then I contacted the support team of one of Issuu's competitors on the flipbook market and got a precise answer in less than five minutes. Understandably, I will subscribe to the competitor's product instead. Actually, now I can see that many of the bad reviews Issuu gets is from people who are exasperated by the bad support service level.

Never again will I sell anything on Facebook. Too many scammers and the company does 0 about it. They could at least let us unsend messages, but not even that. Once you give your adress or bank detaild, that's it. DO NOT SELL ON FACEBOOK!

After a buyer did not send my product back, purposely defrauding me, i lost my temper on the scammer because customer service was non existent as usual. In turn the company deleted my account and supported the scammer. Mercari is corrupt and supports fraud

Seller on Etsy since 2018 with a near flawless record in terms of customer satisfaction and reviews... High fees, they manipulate your online presence which can affect sales, no real protection as a seller and to top it off, a customer has scammed me and Etsy have supported THEM! I've had money taken from my bank account without my consent or awareness and given to the fraudulent buyer who is refusing to return an item they aren't happy with even though it's the exact item the ordered. I offered a refund with them to return the item but now theyre refusing to return the item and now Etsy Customer services are nowhere to be seen and one of their call centre staff hung up on me when I caller her out for trying to fob my issue off. So done with Etsy.

Impossible to get onto app once downloaded. Asks for verification and nothing happens. Get message notices by email but when clicking on the link get same problems going through the login process as the verification process still doesn't work. Set up and tried different account and all have the same problem!

Julia was AWESOME! She took the time to explain all the details regarding our implementation of CLOVER. Her knowledge and resources were unsurpassed. She also helped to troubleshoot a problem with our opening. She made it seamless and easy. She has also followed up with us regularly to ensure that we were still satisfied. Best Clover rep with whom I have ever worked; she is also the reason I switched over our system at our other business. It is hard to receive that level of customer service, especially after the purchase is over. She is genuine in her interactions and I wish I had other businesses to open so that I could work with her to get things set up. Her personality is infectious, and she was never to busy to take a call, even when she was on the beach :)

Is this a joke? You could tag products on Instagram and now they have made the excuse that you need to pay more to be able to use that feature. They are thieves. There are many other tools where you can tag products on Instagram without having to upgrade your plan. They lost a customer.

I need to transfer the homepage and email addresses since the current vendor is terminating the business. I heard of DreamHost from my friend and he gave me a very positive feedback. So I switched. The support staff is excellent. They replied with appropriate suggestions immediately even on weekends for transfer.
