I’ve reached out twice for a homeowners insurance quote. The first time I received an email from Rene Sanchez asking for details. I responded within 24 hours and received no response. That was July 29th. I then called and spoke to a representative on August 6th. The rep took my info and said his system was down. He said he would call right back. As of today no one has called or given me a quote. I am an existing customer and was hoping to expand service. This is very unprofessional.
