Was promised a refund by hotel and Agoda, had to wait over a hour for anyone at customer service was told I would get a refund which would take 30 days minimum and 30 days later no refund, called and they did not actually refund the money and said now another 30 days minimum and recommended disputing with my card because they don't actually do what they say. Complete nightmare.
