When it comes to cell phone plans. They will con you into getting deals and never hold up their end of the deal. So that lovely savings you thought you will get, non-existent!!! Also after our contract was up, We bounced to another carrier. Not only they shafted us with prorating us, they charged an additional month after we canceled our plans. So we paid for another month with non-existent service. The representative didn't even attempt to make it right. Denied us from speaking to a manager. Denied our refund. This is Straight Up Theft And Fraud!!!!
