Otto has very clever accounting tricks to cheat you out of your money. They also do not respond to emails and when you call they pretend that the email never arrived. I was a very happy customer at Otto until I started noticing their tricks. I will never order from them again. Terrible company probably on the way out because that is not a way to treat customers especially with the high competition like today.
