I have two limited companies which are dormant. They do not and have never traded. I have just received two letters with the name of each company and it's Companies House number.ICO have just sent me a very strongly worded letter warning me that I could be fined up to £4000 for not complying etc et al.If they checked with Companies House, they would save postage paper and efforts.ICO please note: Dormant companies do not trade, thus do not have customers, thus no personal details whatsoever are kept. You should be aware of this.
