Whilst I'm an avid Booking.com user for accommodation and have had no issues with this service, the same can not be said for their car hire service.On more than one time I have been let down and on a recent trip, the hirer informed me that any payments to booking.com was purely for a car reservation without any roadside assistance etc. They were seeking between €700 - €1400 on top of my £400 booking with full insurance. Booking.com's insurance doesn't include roadside recovery.When I tried to contact booking.com via their automated system I was directed to an Italian only help service (I know I was in Italy but my Italian isn't able to deal with that)I had never been issued a pin number with the hire documents at anytime, so was forced to use one of my accommodation bookings to get through to someone in the UK.They then proceeded to cancel and refund everything which was great, but that I was still left in Italy having to sort out another hire at more expense but at least not as high as their originally approved hire company.I would avoid using their car hire services they do not properly vet these hires and also since coming home they have totally blanked my complaint and actually closed the case without my knowledge.I would seriously recommend you hire cars directly and avoid booking.com it isn't worth the risk or the hassle.

My Internet at work does not work because their modem stopped working. So they require me to have a technician come out to reinstall a new modem. I can’t just install my own. Their window is eight hours. That’s right eight hours. I have to stay at my little office with no Internet for eight straight hours. That’s inhumane.

they sent faulty north face , was sent in just a bag , left it outside my door and legged it did not wait , any way arranged for them to collect it waited in all day monday , nobody come , looked on their site and they had changed pick up to tuesday nobody collected again SO 2 DAYS WAITING IN WASTED 2 DAYS OF MY LIFE called then wenesday not bothered at all no compensation for the wasted 2 days i lost , wanted to arrange another collection just put the phone down appears the biggest company in the world as no complaints department , i will NEVER USE them again , i do not know why people still use them looking at comments on here

Overall predatory behavior. They offer 'great' prices to students, make deals with schools and so forth to make it enticing as the best looking option. In the end that's the only software you've learned how to use and you're stuck in an abusive relationship. It has every symptoms of it.You've never learned to use different softwares so you don't realize it. They keep asking you for more and more. They never make efforts. They lie to you. Pretend to help but never do. Won't stop even after you've asked, left and they've said they would leave you alone.If you're an art student, escape the trap, escape Adobe: Go learn a free, or at least an open source alternative. It's cheaper and it won't treat you like trash.

I have an active subscription to ESPN Plus and I purchased a fight, but ESPN Plus APP and website would not acknowledge my purchase and kept asking me to pay again. The technical support team will waste your time putting you on hold and unable to help you once they are back on the line. Once you log out and log back in you have experienced the extent of their troubleshooting over the phone. I had a case number generated by their system to direct the customer support agent to the email I sent them and they could not bother to look it up. So I could not watch the fight. When I called to request a refund they could not send me a confirmation email that my refund was processed. There is no such thing as customer service with ESPN Plus.

I have been to Brownstones in Centereach NY several times, the wait staff is friendly and courteous, the food is served quickly and hot and delicious. BUT, they only come by to see if everything is okay when you are almost finished. Shouldn't they ask about a few minutes into me eating? If something is wrong it is too late to ask when I'm almost done. Also, not once have they come by to ask if I wanted more coffee. Most places ask 1/2 dozen times.

I feel ripped off.I rejoined as I missed the educational content. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that in the US they have an offer of a free month, then $9 for a year.To find this offer use a VPN, tell it you are in the US. Research ‘UK Telegraph paper subscription’ then see what I mean.I’ve literally just cancelled, why should a US citizen get the paper for $9 when at the very cheapest we would pay £29? I’ve been a Dropbox Plus customer for years, always relying on it to store and sync my entire file library — nearly 2TB — locally on my computer.But now, after formatting my machine and trying to resync everything, Dropbox refuses to let me download all my own files back, claiming a vague technical limit of "500,000 files".🚫 Even with a powerful setup (32 GB RAM, 4TB HD), they’re blocking full sync, forcing me to use selective sync — which is NOT a solution for someone who used to have all files offline, working perfectly.I’ve contacted support multiple times, for nearly two weeks, and all I get are copy-paste responses ignoring my technical needs. I’ve clearly explained that I want:All my files offline on my main PC (like it was before).Or a proper method to migrate to another cloud safely.Or a refund, since the service is not being delivered as sold.⚠️ As of today, my files are stuck in the cloud. I don’t have them on my computer, I can’t access them offline, and I’m afraid to close the account and lose everything. This is digital hostage-taking.I’m posting this review on every public platform available, national and international, until Dropbox gives me a real answer and releases my data.
