Also had my account closed this week. It was immediate with no warning. I have only placed 2 orders in the last year, one of them this week and not yet returned. I kept 2 items from the last order. Had to pay for my own postage to return despite keeping enough items over the £40 limit. Contacted ASOS to ask for further details on how I breached policy and if I could appeal. They replied saying they would no longer respond to any queries from me and just hung up. Horrible. Feels like something is going wrong at ASOS. Would be very wary of placing any orders with them even if you can access you account.

Their customer support is garbage. Marking issues as resolved even though my request was not resolved. The bot in the chat section is extremely annoying bombarding you with multiple messages at a time. They make it impossible to actually communicate with someone and once you do, they are completely useless and put no effort into even trying to understand the issue you have. Extremely pricey to not even care about the customer experience.

I am a very happy customer of Amazon. From anything as small as a spoon to an LED television I have bought everything from Amazon and have yet to be disappointed or dissatisfied with their service or quality till date. They have the most prompt and efficient customer service, variety of products under one roof and that also of excellent quality which amazes me. Anything from grocery to electronics to Amazon Prime Video, everything is just fantastic. I think Amazon is the best thing that happened to India. Thanks Amazon.... You make are lives so easy...

We used squarespace for our organization, and I'm so unhappy. We set up our site, including a webpage to attract applicants and accept applications to our program. The "submit" button indicated to our applicants that their applications had been received by us, when instead, we had received NOTHING. By the application deadline, we wondered why no one had applied, only to be contacted by many applicants asking why they were never considered for the position! This is detrimental business practice. Do not use squarespace!!

I orderd a large poster of the lonely mountain from the hobbit and realised it was way too big, so I asked to change it to a medium one, but instead of this the cancelled my order of £36 and deleted my account I got an email saying that a voucher credit of £36 number to buy again but the voucher dosnt work, and I couldn't get into my account so I had to set up another one and still couldn't use the voucher, the number didn't work, I want a refund to my original payment not a voucher I'm very upset about this as it was a gift and took me ages to find the item I wanted, I'm so frustrated by this why cant they just pay the money back instead of all the problems they cause. update I got a full refund but had to chase it up and complain first.

For me, the app is perfect, although I only use the free version to learn Spanish. Currently at level 4 but I can already say a few basic things. Some of the recording sounds they give you to recognize could be a bit more clear or slower spoken (some words are tied too fast between them), but overall I think the app is great. I always wanted something on my phone that feels like a game but it's also productive at the same time, and Duolingo is the best fit for me.

Zoom tried to charge me for another year without my authorisation. When I asked them to change to monthly plan they said they need to escalate. After a few days and zero reply I changed it to free plan. Now Zoom says I owe them $149 as I used Zoom pro for 5 days! I only used it as I was expecting to pay for the month. However they kept sending me emails that they are still looking into it (for 2 weeks). I replied and replied but it became obvious no one reads emails in Zoom customer support. Terrible service.

Zara has the worst customer service. I placed an order worth USD100 and the order was not delivered to me. I made 5 calls, still they refused to resolve the issue with refund or replacement for the order. I was a customer spending average USD150-200 on Zara clothing each month, now I must stop and switch.Please don't get your money stuck with them.

HP laptop purchased less than 2 years 2 months ago and the motherboard is not working. No reason. I turned off my computer, went back to turn it on and it refused to turn on. Never, ever, ever will I buy another HP. I bought two Dell laptops previous to this and they both lasted 10+ years. In fact, I am currently typing from an old Dell since the HP I bought in 2022 is now dead. Never again. Spread the word. Hopefully someone will learn from my mistake. I won't be fooled again.
