Never too old.

I have to say, at 73 years old I never figured on starting guitar lessons. My partner gifted me a month and now I'm entering my seventh month of lessons (props to my instructor, Nate Antonio) and absolutely loving it. Thanks to Sam Pacheco for helping me iwth purchases and welcomng me into the Guitar Center community.

Review of eventbrite

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would, Don’t even deserve the one star 😡 My husband and family are big fans of Prince and eventbrite was hosting what we thought was a tribute to Prince as advertised on the website. When we got there it was completely different to what they advertised and it was all different tributes. We didn’t go to listen to Kanye west, Beyoncé and bloody destiny’s child we went for Prince tribute, none of this was mentioned when the tickets were purchased we stayed for a couple of hours and left we didn’t even wait for the Prince tribute that was supposed to be on between 9-10pm. VERY VERY disappointed false advertisement would NEVER EVER book anything ever again that is organised by eventbrite

DSW - Ditch safely Wholeheartedly

if there was a negative review system I would provide minus 10. One of the most deceptive store I have come across. They publish an ad for low price and within 5 minutes those shoes are gone. Then, they hook you up for much expensive useless shoes. I am glad i had this experience. It was my first and last time I am visiting any DSW store. DSW stands for Ditch Safely Wholeheartedly.

Almost 6 months without a refund: Booking.com took my moneyReview:On December 31, 2024 I booked the Hostal New Dream Madrid (reservation 43863700992, PIN 5410) through Booking.com. They blocked USD 62.36 on my PREX card. Upon arrival, the New Dream Madrid hotel charged me €62.98 in cash saying that the block would be released by Booking. They never did it.I presented everything:✔️ Receipt of cash payment✔️ Official bank statements✔️ Captures, calls, and debit proof✔️ Everything requested by supportBooking.com never released the amount. What they said was a blockade became a *DEBT: Dollars STATE:* *confirmed. BOOKING.com 31.13.2024. *In other words: *I was charged twice for the same stay: BOOKING.com and Hostal New Dream Madrid. After 6 months of waiting, silence and indifference on the part of BOOKING.com, what name do we give this? Misappropriation? Usury? Fraud?I do not recommend Booking. The damage is not only economic, but psychological. I don't qualify, you have the word. Who echoes this maneuver to continue the complaint?

Nuisance Spammer, Illegal Marketing, Questionable Ethics!

I keep getting unwanted, purposely deceptive, and illegal spam from McAfee. Per the guidelines for reviewers, I believe I am writing this within your expectations. I receive illegal Spam emails from this company regularly. Per the US Can-Spam Act, it's illegal to send email marketing to individuals without permission. The fine issued per individual illegal email sent is over $43K per occurrence. The law is clear; product marketers, even those using a third-party marketing agency, need to comply. This company is purposely deceptive, which makes one ask questions about the authenticity of its products. I have a screen capture of the email address from these email messages. If they were an honest company, they would not use a random email address for EVERY email sent, and it would be from their company. Instead, the company sends messages with a random address to avoid blocking future emails, which prevents recipients from automatically forwarding spam to their junk email folder. I believe this speaks enough about their intent to be a legitimate sender and a business one can trust. Sales are more important than breaking the law. They will ask that I use the unsubscribe tool; however, it's known in the industry that one's email address only becomes more valuable once confirmed using the tool. The marketing company might not send me an email regarding the unsubscribed product; however, they will sell my verified email address in multiples. I am not asking for much from McAfee,Be a good company, respect individual customers' wishes and privacy, do not be deceptive, etc., and obey federal laws protecting consumers. I am willing to provide samples to Trustpilot so that Trustpilot can verify this report. I appreciate your consideration - beware of this company.

A case worker was asked to investigate…

A case worker was asked to investigate a data breach where I had solid evidence that my data was distributed to people who had no right to see it. After a massive wait for an ICO investigation, they confirmed that data controller who committed the breach had more work to do, but the data controller did nothing and the ICO closed the case! When I tried to write to John Edwards, the MD about it, my letter was intercepted and given to the case worker! I asked for a review, but again it was intercepted by the case worker. The review response was late, written by someone who works at the ICO, a clear workmate of the case worker who never introduced himself. The whole thing just feels really dodgy. From all the other reviews here, it seems to me that this is another scam organisation with no regulated accountability or interest in helping the general public who have fallen prey to unscrupulous data breaches. Don't waste your time with these awful people else it will only be your time that is wasted. They may have a fancy website, but the MD is un-contactable, the staff look after each other backs and once again decent tax paying public victims lose out.

Review of aaa

if i could give a rating of below 1…

if i could give a rating of below 1 star i would. i had a flat on the way to work this morning on an extremely busy stretch of Florida highway in Lakeland on I-4 i called AAA a service that i pay for and they told me they would provide periodic updates and the ETA of the driver. that was at 11:24 and the update was received at 12:24 pm. after 3 hours and me having to call AAA 5 times, i was told the nearest driver was coming from a hour away from Orlando. Apparently theres only 2 services between Tampa and Lakeland that AAA contracts with that can change a tire. After 4 hours a road ranger showed up and changed the tire for me. Im an insurance agent and i always recommend AAA to my clients because i thought it was good service. The one time ive needed them in a worst case scenario AAA showed me they didnt give a damn about me, my time, or the fact i pay for their service. NEVER, EVER, AGAIN. My feeling is that if you pay for a service and have to wait more than 2 hours to get a simple task done...youre probably overpaying. In this case, me wife and our entire family has grossly overpaid.

The absolute worst mobile banking app in existence (read other reviews) customer service is pathetically inept. Worthless service. Do not use. Froze my account with ZERO notice. No email,no call, no push notification, absolutely nothing. I talked to several customer service agents. Got a different answer almost every time. Horrible service.

Customer Service is non-existent

I placed an order in early December but realized my spouse had already purchased. I filled out the customer service form on the same day to cancel before shipping. Despite saying they respond within 24-48 hours I never heard anything. Filled out the form again. Nothing. The item shipped anyway. I put it in the mail using the smart label and now it has been two weeks and there is no tracking, nothing. I called CS who were not helpful and when I asked why no one responded to their form, she said they only answer phone calls. I told her they need to correct their website then because it is a lie. I will never spend my money with this company again.

Dreadful booking process

The new queuing system is shockingly bad. I’ve now been in a queue for over an hour. They clearly do not care about the customer experience. If it continues to be this impossible to get tickets we shall not be renewing our membership.

Fraudsters

Cancelled my membership after many years. Booking system is a joke. National Trust are fraudsters, quite clearly rinsing the furlough scheme for all it’s worth while taking full membership money for a drastically decreased service. Disappointing that as a matter of principle I’ll never rejoin

Terrible...

I decided to make account on this site as an artist. I got it for about week and received this message from them "We regret to inform you that our moderation team has suspended your account due to risk concerns or as flagged by our payment processor. Unfortunately, this means that we will no longer be able to work with you. Any accounts that you create in the future will be flagged and deactivated without warning."Without any further explanation why, what can I do, what is happening, nothing.Terrible customer support.
