Out of 7,237 reviews, AT&T has a combined score of 1.3. I'm sure the score would be even lower if they allowed a "ZERO" to be entered. Count me as one of the many potential customers who would give AT&T a ZERO if possible. The customer service is HORRIBLE. Over the course of 24 hours, as I waited for a missed installation window, I was lied to 3 times by 3 different customer service representatives who who are about as worthless as a hole in a pair of socks. I am currently looking for another company to provide internet at my business so that I will no longer have to EVER do business with AT&T again.

Use Amazon regularly, easy to navigate and good delivery service. You can basically find anything you can think of. Some products might not be the best but depends on each manufacturer, so can be a hit and miss even if the product has great reviews.

But what's worse is the deceptive / aggressive sales approach by which they have DOUBLED the cost for the second year and charged this automatically without notice. The business model is clear... Lure people with a low cost, provide little of value and then stitch them up with a massive price increase

Agoda called me to pay for booking on phone. They called me and took the payment but there was no booking. Since then I sent 100 mails to pay back that money. Only get preset e.mails they cannot find or booking. They have actually cheated and took back the amount they gave by agoda cash. This company is big fraud and openly cheating public. There are only 3 email contacts amd therebis no where to take matter to any complain level they are all hiding behind 2 mail addresses.They staff is complete bully. There are many people complaining they stole cash from their credit cards and never returned. BE VERY CAREFUL IN DEALING WITH AGODA SCAM.

They are mathematical liars or they simply continue to harass with statements that still do not match up. They gave me a check credit for 607.52. My last review I tried to make a reasonable deal. I found your check. I only have 531 of that check so I set it to them They asked for it back. If I give you 76.32 can we settle thithis? At 607.52 I will then be nice and part ways. Still my balance was 1002.73 the charges did not add up at allThey are making up 471.72 dollars in trumped up charges. I payed those charges. I want to give the 76.32 back. The case is now in escalated. Five years ago Amex was different. They have gone downhill.

The record feature is terrible, among other things. Mainly, it's unwatchable, when the ads can't be skipped and frequently make you watch them multiple times, without watching the actual recording. But it's still worse than that, because if I just want to start watching a game that I'm recording, before the recording is complete, the app keeps glitching and making me go back in time, sometimes to near the beginning of the recording. And yeah, then it forces me to watch ads again, when I'm just trying to catch up and not miss anything.

I've been using Facebook for years, but it's gone downhill fast. The app is bloated, constantly crashes, and is full of ads and irrelevant suggested content. Privacy is a joke — I'm constantly seeing creepy targeted ads right after talking about something in real life. Customer support is nonexistent, and getting help with account issues is impossible. It used to be a great way to connect with friends, but now it feels more like a data-harvesting machine than a social network. Very disappointed.
