I've tried every way to cancel the auto renewal and my login details & password to get into my account always seems to be 'incorrect' even though I know they're not. A mail to set a new password never arrives (6 times I've clicked it) and customer support is beyond rubbish. The only option left to me is to ensure my bank account is empty on the day of auto renewal because it's impossible to switch it off. Their software is also rubbish - it constantly blocks each and every site I try to visit, including my own business site. I very quickly disabled their so-called security software and just wrote off the cost. I'll never trust or buy anything from this crowd again.

In week 3 Violations, Feb-2nd-2025, The weather was a terrible condition, snowing, a slippery road up the hill, and police crews rerouted the traffic, Called customer support and reported issues as well to the customer. They told me everything was fine. The next day I received the Violation. late delivery. the dispute was rejected. On Feb 6th-2025 order was delivered to the customer with a picture taken. Customer complaints on Feb -10th--2025 orders were not delivered. after 4 days there was; a violation- the dispute was rejected.Feb-7th-2025 The merchant was getting late preparingorders for the company, there were a few orders before me, so I had to wait. The report was sent to the customer support team as well as the customer.As noted every piece of information was sent to the DoorDash support team, and the customer on the Doordash app. The next day I was given a violation.I appealed the dispute and was told they would never adjust the dispute. all my disputes were completely Legitimate, true and genuine.I don't think other departments are fully trained to read the dasher's dispute. I had to complete 300 deliveries or more to get my violation removed. I'm a top platinum dasher, with over 14500 plus delivery and with high ratings of 100%.Please be careful.

Forced to write another negative review as NOTHING has changed since the last one, AGAIN - MINUS 10 if had that option. Spoke to an agent last week and he agreed to call me back at a specific time but ws wriggling about the time and excusing himself that he might not call back - in other words pre-empting the expected failure. I am in total agreement with all the 1 star comments - they arrogant - ignorant and brain dead, If the the staff of the entire company had a braincell between them - IT WOULD BE LONELY. I am lost for words how this company is still trading. I cannnot find a single positive thing to say. REPEATEDLY asked them to remove reference to a crappy 4130 printer and still not done after 50 emails and 4 letters to Reading. Have asked to be resubcribed to the Instant Ink for my 8210 and STILL not been done and today they issued yet more cartridges for the 6960 that I only use as a scanner as it is a lousy printer. Already have 3 boxes here and a 4th on the way but no acknowledgement whatsoever about my request to add the 8210 and STOP cartridges for the 6960 and totally delete the 4130 which I threw in the skip when it was a month old as it was THAT BAD.- HP - stands for Hopeless Prats and they endorse that every time I make contact with them. LISTEN UP because I GUARANTEE you will regret ever having ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS BRAIN DEAD company

DONT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS. August this year I stopped my subscription. I can no longer log into my account, but motion have been taking money from my account ever since (12,50 USD/month). After 20+ mails there is still no solution. I have never experienced such bad customer service.

They issued unusable gift cards, then when they refunded them they sent invoices but never ANY refunds to original cards and then went dark responding to inquiries. Literally stole money from a customer.

Horrible experience. We booked a tour with Getyourguide to see Mount Fuji. We were told to be in front of the hotel at 6:50 in the morning. The guide never showed up and we spent an hour talking to customer service. Instead of finding a new tour for compensation they told us they could find another tour for us but we would need to pay it. The customer service offered us a 2000 dollars tour instead! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WATCH OUT!!

It's Sunday March 15th now. I booked a flight and 2 weeks worth of multiple hotel reservations in Manila between March17 and April 2, 2020 a month ago with AARP travel center....powered by Expedia. Do to the recent order by the Philippines president, Manila is basically under lockdown. No one is allowed in or out of the metro Manila area until April 14th. I called the hotels, they said that they can't do anything about my reservations until they here from Expedia about getting refunds or credits for future dates. I have been trying to cancel my flight and hotel reservations for days now with AARPExpedia..powered by Expedia...and Expedia. I get exactly the same results. Can't get a live person at all. Can't even send an email to them on their Customer Support site. Also, AARP, shame on you too for associating your good name with this company. This is BS. There should be a class action lawsuit started against this company for ripping off all these customers that trusted them to do the right thing at this time. It's all about profit. Shareholders should sell their stock in this company now. For the record my itinerary #'s are 7522106568895 for the flight, 7522348184184371 and 7522354525050 for 8 nights at a hotel in Manila. 7522351822180 for 4 nights at another hotel in Manila and 7522353165457 for 2 nights at another hotel in Manila. I was to spend those 2 weeks with my wife who lives in Northern Luzon. She is waiting for her US Immigration visa and was to meet me in Manila, but due to the lockdown, she can't even get there or enter.
