I've been using Facebook for years, but it's gone downhill fast. The app is bloated, constantly crashes, and is full of ads and irrelevant suggested content. Privacy is a joke — I'm constantly seeing creepy targeted ads right after talking about something in real life. Customer support is nonexistent, and getting help with account issues is impossible. It used to be a great way to connect with friends, but now it feels more like a data-harvesting machine than a social network. Very disappointed.
