Agoda called me to pay for booking on phone. They called me and took the payment but there was no booking. Since then I sent 100 mails to pay back that money. Only get preset e.mails they cannot find or booking. They have actually cheated and took back the amount they gave by agoda cash. This company is big fraud and openly cheating public. There are only 3 email contacts amd therebis no where to take matter to any complain level they are all hiding behind 2 mail addresses.They staff is complete bully. There are many people complaining they stole cash from their credit cards and never returned. BE VERY CAREFUL IN DEALING WITH AGODA SCAM.
