Out of 7,237 reviews, AT&T has a combined score of 1.3. I'm sure the score would be even lower if they allowed a "ZERO" to be entered. Count me as one of the many potential customers who would give AT&T a ZERO if possible. The customer service is HORRIBLE. Over the course of 24 hours, as I waited for a missed installation window, I was lied to 3 times by 3 different customer service representatives who who are about as worthless as a hole in a pair of socks. I am currently looking for another company to provide internet at my business so that I will no longer have to EVER do business with AT&T again.
