I ordered a black Friday deal desktop. After a few days, they emailed me the order is delayed. Then a few days later they emailed me order is cancelled. Just got off the lengthy phone call with 3 different "supervisors". They are sorry they cannot do anything but offer me an inferior product that is in stock. I feel ridiculed. Spent many hours choosing and almost an hour on the phone, so much time wasted with nothing to compensate. It is now past Black Friday deals and I cannot even order the other deals that I was considering at the price points that they were available. Stay away from these people. In this day and age of AI, if they cant control their stock numbers, who knows what else they cannot control with the quality of their service and product.
Review of klarna
I am having the worst issues with Klarna. And they do not care whatsoever about the problem that is solely on their end. I got a Vespa style scooter a few months back and Klarna is charging me twice every month for two installments, instead of one installment as it should be. The vendor I purchased it from has sent Klarna all the information showing I made one purchase and should be getting charged one monthly installment. I have spoken with multiple reps at Klarna. The first one said she removed the second installment and it would no longer pull two, and would refund the money that was wrongly charged. That never happened. And every month since they have been pulling two payments simultaneously and have never refunded anything. Every time I call Karna they say they will open a ticket and someone will get back to me and no one ever does. I did my part, the vendor did their part, and Klarna is the one who made the mistake and has yet to rectify it despite numerous attempts by myself and the vendor to solve this. If you have an issue, they won’t care and will just keep “opening tickets” for your problem and do nothing about it. There is also a language barrier and I cannot guarantee the reps even fully understand the issue. I am very pissed. I want my money refunded and for this to stop. ***edit: they have replied on here and “requested more information” and I sent it to them, but I haven’t heard anything from them. I think it’s just for show on here. ***several days later and still no reply from Klarna after giving them extra info they requested. This is all for show. They have no intention of resolving my issue and the canned response is BS. I guess it’s time to consult a lawyer? Certainly consumer protections are being violated.

I veebally agreed to the TV monitoring survey after a nice gentleman door stepped me, then googled it and the amount of negative reviews had me change my mind. They have been calling me weekly every since. Having heard they can be pushy I decided to now answer the call. I answered it today to be met with a very rude arrogant woman who wouldn't accept I didn't want to take part, she refused to take me off their system and said she will call again to see if I decided to go ahead, I assured her I will not and I want my details removed but she kept talking over me aggressively, I was being nice too. She wouldn't accept that I just didn't want to do it anymore ,that was my reason, she wouldn't accept it at all and refused to delete my details. I will be taking this further. I have read how pushy they can be but never expected it to this extent. I woukd avoid them at all costs.

Was slow and always told me I had to use Chrome - or I'd get errors... What caused me to do a review is that I somehow thought paying $30 would be worth it - well - your subscription goes on autorenew- so, mine renewed, I emailed them within minutes of seeing it hit my card and asked if they could cancel and refund since I no longer use it - and their lovely support pointed me to two sections of their contract - and said: "we will not offer a refund for paid fees since our product is a virtual and subscription model."Find any other tool than these guys...
Review of eBay
Recently made an eBay account. Bought an item and there was no issues. A few months later I posted an item for sale and I was permanent suspended. I got on the phone with them and they just told me they couldn’t tell me why but I was banned. What a joke of a website that had its hay day 20 years ago. Do business in another platform.

I purchased an XPS13 laptop from Dell. During the first month of use, the screen stopped working. What ensued were 7-8 calls with technicians on Dell Premium Support Plus, each 2-3 hours in length. When one problem was fixed another would develop. Each call was deferred to another person 2-3 days later with no responsibilty on the part of Dell to make sure my situation was resolved. After more than 15 hours on the phone, I tried to ask for a refund and the customer service person disconnected the call. I will never buy another Dell product and I hope my experience prevents at least one person from a similar waste of life.

Pretty much in tears over horrible customer serviceI was having issues with my points and was sent back and forth between commenity bank and ulta customer service. No one could help me and just sent me to the other person. Every single person I talked to told me something different. Anyway long story short I called ulta one last time. I admit I was frustrated and know I probably sounded irritated, but the person I spoke to was incredibly rude and basically called me a liar for saying I had made transactions that don’t show up in my rewards account. I told him I felt he was being rude and he responded “yes. I am”. Now I’m scared to call back and my issue still isn’t resolved. I feel awful. I regret getting this card in the first place.
