No notification before one year subscription renewal!!

We had a one year Deezer subscription, but without any notification I realised that Deezer had renewed my subscription for another year when I checked my bank account... I have been through the papers from last year, and it says nowhere that Deezer will automatically renew the subscription. And even if, I really believe it is humbug, renewing for another year without any notification at all!!! But even worse, Deezer has not even had the courtesy to answer my e-mail complaint sent February 14, 2017.
