Bol.com sending DEBT COLLECTORS!

Bol.com have started doing after pay by default in the app to try to support frictionless buying. I don't speak Dutch. Bol.com sends more loads of marketing emails (in Dutch which I ignore) but I just got an email from a debt collector because an in-app purchase was defaulted to post pay and I didn't realise so they set a debt collector on me!!! They have my payment details on record and I've made purchases since. This is ridiculous! Customer service won't help. I just want this removed as default payment option, I want to pay my purchases at the time, I don't have time to go back later. Ideally remove the option entirely.
