False advertising.

It is deceptive to indicate on your website that an item is "in stock" at a location when that is not the case. I made the decision to order and pick up the product at my closest location on that "in stock" from the website, and as a result I ended up making two trips to get my guitar. Not only that, it took nearly a week for the "in stock" item to show up at my store - unacceptable. I would have ordered it for delivery to my house if I had known the delay would be so long.

Yesterday morning the met office…

Yesterday morning the met office next-day forecast for Dalgety Bay displayed bright sunshine (all suns) the whole day. This morning we have lightening with loud thunder and a downpour of rain. As expected, the met office changed the forecast accordingly as they do all the time. Getting it badly wrong is no longer the exception. What is the point of a weekly forecast when we cannot even get the following day forecast right? The met office changes its forecast continuously so that a day's prior forecast is unlikely to be the same as on the actual day. Screenshots of next-day forecasts make this glaringly clear and make 7-day forecasting meaningless. It's impossible to make any outdoor planning in advance due to weather forecasting inaccuracies and, for me, it's been a case of, well, I'll just have to wait and see 'what tomorrow brings'.

I wish I had read Trusted Reviews…

I wish I had read Trusted Reviews before signing up for a trial! I only needed Adobe for one month as I do not usually need to use it. I signed up for the free trial and have also paid for the first month as I wanted to pay for the service I have used (once!). I now tried to cancel before the second payment and Adobe charge almost £100 for 'early cancellation'. I have not seen this practice in so long and it was a shock to see that it is still being used. Adobe are not trapping me into paying a monthly fee to avoid the cancellation. It is unfair and unethical as I only needed this tool once. Adobe people, you may get some money off customers this way; however, in the long run it is an unfortunate business model which will not bring you long-term happy customers and funding. It is a shame as you guys have a good basic product for managing PDFs.

Only interested in reducing workload

My daughter's personal data was not sent out securely by the child maintenance service (CMS) - even one of their staff accepted this on a call. My daughter was a minor at the time and the data included her full name and date of birth. I complained in March - CMS ignored me. I raised again online but ignored again. I wrote to Head of CMS on 11th October and ignored again. I wrote to Noel Shanahan on 23rd November 2021 - again ignored.I raised it with ICO but Mr R Neal was not interested. In addition I raised breach of my data which included details of the incorrect charges CMS are taking from my salary. At least two of my HR colleagues have seen this - they don't work in Payroll so have no need to see it, but CMS failed to take appropriate measures to safeguard my data by not addressing letter to Payroll. Again, Mr Neal wasn't interested - firstly he tried to blame my employer and said I had to take it up with them before coming to the ICO, and when I challenged him he then chose to adopt his own assessment of appropriate measures. This is despite it not being his personal data that had been seen by people who had no cause to see it. Clearly, in my humble opinion, Mr R Neal can't be bothered to do any work. That's my interpretation, which clearly I'm entitled to express if he can adopt his own personal opinion as to what constitutes appropriate measures. The audacity is he said in his email that the ICO want to install faith in the general public about the ICO protecting their data. They have done nothing of the sort.Good luck if you have cause to contact ICO - apart from still hiding behind Covid-19, yes, it was 2019, for taking so long to deal with your complaint, if you get Mr Neal, you're doomed, in my humble opinion.

Beware of unwelcome surprises

Apparently these two brothers dreamt up this scheme and even appeared on TV's Dragon's Den which gave an impression of legitimacy. However they were declined financial backing, (wise choice) and set up on their own.Until prospective customers are obliged to research trusted review platforms before blindly relying on trading standards integrity to ensure fair play there will be many more disgruntled car owners. When it comes to brothers setting up organisations, my old mates Ronnie and Reggie were far more honest and upfront when separating people from their money.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I WANT MY MONEY BACK – DOMESTIKA IS CHARGING PEOPLE WITHOUT CONSENTReview:I was charged $259.64 by Domestika without ever subscribing to anything. I only bought two individual courses, and suddenly I’m being billed for a subscription I never signed up for. I have reached out multiple times, and all I get are automated replies, there’s no customer service, no phone number, no human reply. This is outrageous.I’ve been a loyal customer, purchasing several courses in the past, but this crosses every line. Judging by the number of similar complaints online, this is clearly happening to many people. Domestika is robbing customers and refusing refunds. This isn’t just bad service and it feels like a scam.I demand a full refund immediately.

Review of bestbuy

Buyer Beware Sony Bravia is Total Garbage!

Buyer Beware! I bought the Sony Bravia 43" Class X 80k Series Led 4k TV with HR Smart Google TV assistance. It was a waste of my hard earned money. If I could give it 0 stars I would!!!! It is not worth the $653.23 I paid for it. This tv is plagued with too many problems to be a so-called "BRAND NEW TV"! Best Buy scammed me with this garbage!!!!Do not waste your money buying this on Cyber Monday or any other day. The tv is total trash. For starters, the back button on the remote never worked right out of the box. This raised suspicions of this being a return, refurbished or a used floor model tv.The sound quality is awful for an expensive tv. It sounds like a bad am radio. The voices sound muffled and not clear at all. The picture goes blurry on many channels, especially when streaming. The worst was to come with big bold stripes lines all across this tv screen. The tv doesn't take commands well either. When I try to go from streaming back to regular tv viewing, it returns back to streaming! This tv isn't worth $10.00, let alone $653.23!!!!I am fed up, especially seeing these big bold stripes and wavy lines all across the screen. Sometimes the tv goes black and won't turn off. I have had it. Please don't buy this Sony TV because it is trash. I refused to let this amount of money go down the drain! I will be getting a full refund for this Best Buy scam of a tv.Buyer Beware!

Very shocked at today's delivery

Very shocked at today's delivery, I ordered a x96 mini android box for my Tv, I have had one for years and it is great so thought a spare might be nice at under £20. Package arrived today with nothing in expect a small piece of paper, the weight on the package even states 0.008 kg so no android box. Certain they will refund me but this is not acceptable, they have wasted their own time and more importantly (to me) mine. Not impressed.

So much use of plastic

So much use of plastic, no option to buy reusable bags and bags aren’t durable at all so easily broken meaning heavy groceries will not last long before your bag rips. In 2023 with the climate change awareness we have surely a big business like Target would try and make their ways more eco friendly to help save our environment, however this is not the case with many different types of plastic being used to an extreme amount.

Never Buy a HP Product

Had a problem with the HP Wi-Fi printer after a HP software upgrade and it hasn't worked since. The customer support is an absolute shambles, passed from one agent to another.I own a HP PC, HP Monitor HP Printer and only use the extremely expensive HP Cartridges...I am now an ex-customer of HP and I will NEVER buy a HP product again. They don't deserve customer loyalty...Total scam of a company.
