Absolute joke of a marketing department! "I know while all our competitors are offering free image trials, we can do the same but with an evil twist!! Once the fools have handed over their name, email and card details, we will surprise them with the small fact that all the images will have watermarks all over them and be totally useless???You need your heads examined if you think anybody will be coming back for more after that slap in the face. I had to double-check my calendar as I thought it might be April fools day

Discord will blanket ban everyone in a server. They will then give you a random reason claiming you broke some of their ToS even if you did not. Support will ignore your tickets and not respond to you. If you do get a response it will likely be from a bot.Edit June 6th, 2023: They simply closed my ticket and did not reply or email any response to my ban.

Probably the worst communication application that exists. Constant sound issues, in-game overlay bugs out and gets stuck on screen and won’t close. This application is a perfect example of a great concept but an absolutely terrible execution. If I were CEO, I’d fire the lazy developers and get new ones.

We did a lease with Clover. The contract says the total owed would be roughly double the sale price. We were fine with this because if something went wrong with the unit, it would be covered and just replaced. We decided to go with another POS so we called Clover to buy out and send this unit back to them. They said our buy out would be $6900, which is 3 times the purchase price. There is no reason in the contract as to why the buyout is so much more.So many underhanded shady things happening.Apparently we even could have rented the POS but that was not told to us.

I only upgraded my ticket to be able to choose seats close to my partner and what happened at the gate? Of course they changed my seat without ever asking me if it's ok. No "I'm sorry" or anything like that. Their only response was rude "nothing we can do about it" even though they gave my seat to some other person. I tried to get compensation back but contacting them via complaint form is pointless, no response for two weeks already. I see I'm not the only person experiencing similar thing - I don't know how it is legal to change people's seat after they were paid for. Now I'll do everything to avoid Delta.

Skilled, well trained, safe pilots! We flew a red eye Delta from Salt Lake City to Atlanta, pilots took a longer route to get us safely to Atlanta due to storms. Then our connecting flight went horribly wrong! We went on the runway, but then my son who is currently getting his private pilot license and is going to college to fly commercial, said we are exiting so something must be wrong. Sure enough the pilot came on to tell us there was an error message with the wing flap even though they were working, but would not take off until given the clear. Maintenance came on, ended up replacing the computer and gave us the okay to leave. Well… we made it to 55mph to get ready for take off when they slammed on the breaks. There was now an engine error. So they took us back to the gate.The pilots really do not get enough credit for the amount of training they receive to keep us safe. I wasn’t able to personally thank the pilots, but in the off chance they see this… thank you. And thank you Delta for training your pilots to keep us safe. There will always be inconveniences, but in the end, everyone’s lives onboard is what matter!

Very bad experience.Temu claimed my package was delivered, but it was left outside on the ground, in a building with over 80 apartments — clearly not a secure location. The parcel was stolen, and despite several messages and photo proof showing that it wasn’t delivered to my door, Temu refuses to refund me.I paid for something I never received. This is unacceptable customer service. Be very careful when ordering from them.

I believe in writing positive reviews as well as negative. Earlier this week I wrote a review complaining about Teachable and my inability to contact someone to help me with a frustrating billing issue involving a client. After receiving a reply to my complaint from Teachable, a very knowledgeable customer service representative from Teachable named Haley contacted me. After a full day of emails back and forth, she was able to resolve the problem. I am grateful for the issue being resolved. Teachable is an excellent platform for your online course. In the two years I have had my course this is the only issue I have had. I still want to recommend that a more reliable customer service process be put in place for basic customers. We pay for the platform too and deserve to have a way for a quicker response time to unresolved or serious issues. Thank you Haley for getting to the source of my issue!

My first and only experience so far has been great. Fast shipping, reasonable prices, just great service in general! Just one thing though...some images are highly pixelated. If the image is not compressed enough, it doesn't optimize well with their printers. Just putting that out there for anyone who may care about the prestige quality of their stickers' visuals. Other than that these guys are great!

It's been 2 weeks trying to get Zoom to reimburse me for a charge I did not know was on auto charge. Once I saw the charge on my credit card, I immediately called. It was for Zoom Webinar, something I only used 1x a year ago and hated the way I wasn't able to see anyone on the Zoom call. I prefer to use Zoom regular. After seeing this charge, I immediately called. They said because I didn't cancel 30 in advance of the auto charge, which was charging me for the next entire year, all they could give me was 15%. Total BS. Now I've been emailing them asking for a manager, but they refuse to put me in touch with. When I call I get the same runaround.

Customer service at Zara is an absolute joke. Have to contact them on WhatsApp arrange a return and they start asking me for an ARN number to track my payment no idea how I get that. They have their order number, my name, address my email, receipt of the transaction from my card company all I need is a link to return it and they won’t send it. They close the WhatsApp chat if you take longer than a minute or 2 to respond and you have to start from the beginning again - ridiculous - will never order from here again
