I believe in writing positive reviews as well as negative. Earlier this week I wrote a review complaining about Teachable and my inability to contact someone to help me with a frustrating billing issue involving a client. After receiving a reply to my complaint from Teachable, a very knowledgeable customer service representative from Teachable named Haley contacted me. After a full day of emails back and forth, she was able to resolve the problem. I am grateful for the issue being resolved. Teachable is an excellent platform for your online course. In the two years I have had my course this is the only issue I have had. I still want to recommend that a more reliable customer service process be put in place for basic customers. We pay for the platform too and deserve to have a way for a quicker response time to unresolved or serious issues. Thank you Haley for getting to the source of my issue!
