It's been 2 weeks trying to get Zoom to reimburse me for a charge I did not know was on auto charge. Once I saw the charge on my credit card, I immediately called. It was for Zoom Webinar, something I only used 1x a year ago and hated the way I wasn't able to see anyone on the Zoom call. I prefer to use Zoom regular. After seeing this charge, I immediately called. They said because I didn't cancel 30 in advance of the auto charge, which was charging me for the next entire year, all they could give me was 15%. Total BS. Now I've been emailing them asking for a manager, but they refuse to put me in touch with. When I call I get the same runaround.
