Review of bbb

A masquerade that impersonates an entity on the people's side

As many here have stated already, I too have come to the conclusion that the Better Business Bureau is a farce and just another parasitic entity. I lodged a complaint about a service provider recently, only to have the BBB seek my satisfaction via an email service I don't even use. I won't go so far as to accuse the BBB of aiding cyber criminals intentionally, but having me leave yet another point of access for the ever growing band of thieves etc. is exactly what they required for me to say that they had been of little help. I wouldn't do it so they posted that the issue had been resolved, which is nowhere near the truth.

How is 1 star on average = A+?

I went to leave a review on BBB and saw the company actually has average of 1 star from almost 200 reviews in total, but BBB rating is A+???? Not helpful at all. If you are researching creditability of a company, it's better to read actual reviews than the overall scores/rating

Review of asus

The software BITLOCKER blocked my laptop

I got suddenly the program BITLOCKER active and couldn't enter in to my ASUS laptop.After talking to Microsoft did they said it was error that my laptop had done.Asus accpted me to send the laptop to repair in Holland and there they said my laptop was damaged because there was water in it.I send my laptop having a software error and it turn out to be a HARDWARE error.Now do they want me to pay for new parts that is more than what I bought the laptop for and I have bought a new laptop that cost less than the repair cost so I have said no to make the laptop be repaired.But they want money for to take the laptop to holland and back to me in Sweden and it cost almost 700 Skr for the damage they have done in Holland.I don't want to get the laptop back because now maybe it is water in it or old parts they have placed that am damaged.Never ever will I buy from ASUS and I will write about this bad experience on my websites so no one will do the same mistake to buy from ASUS.From software error to hardware error make no sense.

Would recommend against using this…

Would recommend against using this service to everyone. This company only intends on taking peoples money. Charges money to contractors for people shopping you. Representatives assigned to you do not respond to your voicemails. Company does not intend on refunding money. Locked me out of my account so I could not complete any task to get refund, after being told a day after my leads started and trying service for one day could not simply cancel service. This should be a class action lawsuit, I am sure there are others.Currently consulting attorney!!

Meta has made their apps in a way.

Meta has made their apps in a way that it's users are not only troubled but tortured. Meta's AI has messed up and suspended millions of account. Instagram, Facebook doesn't have a contact method. That means it is close to impossible to talk with a human personnel from meta whom you could tell your problem in hopes of getting it resolved. Meta has all the capacity to host a customer service. But it simply does not, resulting in this disgusting app. Meanwhile,for the reason meta's ai is suspending people's account is justified but accounts who post gore, cp etc is acceptable by meta's ai.

Bad experience

I purchased a ring that was supposed to be size 7, but was sent a much smaller one. There is a buyer protection fee that the buyer pays in case something is not right. But Mercari didn’t allow a return. I am stuck with something I can’t enjoy. I do not recommend doing business with them.
