I'm a parent trying to get one of my childrens account to work. The rep had no clue and claimed it was because it's a child account. My other kids account works just fine. Then he said it's because of Steam and I had to have an Origin account. Once again not the case for my other child. I asked to be transferred to a sup or next level tier rep. He got mad and started refusing, being rude, and refused to give name or ID then hung up. Very obnoxious!

I was basically scammed to switch to att in target. Now 1 year later the service in my area is so bad I have none in my house. Screw att I hope you go out of business. Then your call centers in India can’t even help us. I’m also a veteran and I would never recommend this to my worst enemy.

My card was rejected but the order was made through. They only notified me about the rejected payment a month after the product was delivered. They also added additional costs for the delayed payment. Disgusting customer service, that's not how you should notify the customer about the rejected payment.

Really bad customer service and very disappointed. I cancelled my subscription in Oct 2016 and they kept charging me till July 2017. The worst thing here is they stopped the notification of payment as I unsubscribed and then they kept taking the fee without notification. I raised this issue but received only auto-reply. Still waiting for the refund. Not recommend any friends to subscribe it.

I need to refine my notifications, as it is the constant interruptions are very annoying, I get tired of having to tweak everything, and waste significant time fiddling with things not just AVG. I am paying you much money for my protection, as an OAP I must get value for money, there are mixed reviews of AVG, AI must be a valuable component. I have asked my AI to comment on AVG, mostly good, but there are holes of course.

I signed up for the marriot bonvoy Amex. I pay a $120 annual fee and had to spend $3000 within 3 months to qualify for my bonus. I did exactly that - Amex applied the bonus points to my statement but their is a disconnect with Marriot Bonvoy and those points are lost and have never reached my account. Both Amex and Bonvoy are entirely unhelpful and refuse to communicate with each other to resolve this situation. Now I have spent thousands of dollars and paid an annual fee for a card with no perks when I could have gone to another travel card and actually received the bonuses in exchange for my services. I am being scammed.

(See photos attached to my Google review.) I am formally requesting a full refund so I can purchase a new HB Tower ladder instead.It is disappointing that the seller (Yuanchenfram) engaged in such misleading practices. I hope this serves as a lesson for the seller, and I encourage future customers to be vigilant.

It's literally impossible to run a rental business with VRBO. I'm a property owner attempting to use VRBO to list and rent my property. They de-listed my property without explanation. I've had a horrible experience working with their support team. I've called ~25 times, they take notes and escalate to an internal team that is suppose to respond with details or a resolution. After 2 dozen attempts they have never responded. I've also escalated several times to a manager queue that is suppose to call me back within 24 hrs. Again, they have never called me back. Its been 2 months they re-listed my property for 2 weeks and then de-listed again. I highly recommend finding another site to list your property.
