I'm a parent trying to get one of my childrens account to work. The rep had no clue and claimed it was because it's a child account. My other kids account works just fine. Then he said it's because of Steam and I had to have an Origin account. Once again not the case for my other child. I asked to be transferred to a sup or next level tier rep. He got mad and started refusing, being rude, and refused to give name or ID then hung up. Very obnoxious!
