We bought a freezer from Lowes and they screwed us on the delivery

We bought a freezer from Lowe's. I guess they don't deliver their own product to their customers. It appears they hire someone else to deliver their appliances. We had a Morning window for a delivery time to get our freezer. No one called us and told us that the delivery time had changed to an evening window for delivery. So we waited all day for a freezer to arrive. 10 minutes before it was supposed to arrive according to their app their delivery company called and said they couldn't bring it. We called Lowe's and told them that we were disabled waited all day had to hire someone to help take the doors off so we can receive the freezer moved all of our food out of the freezer into coolers it was a nightmare. When I talked to the Appliance manager at the West York Pennsylvania LOWES, we asked if it could be delivered next morning for delivery so we didnt have to lose another whole day. They told us no they can't do that offered no Solutions and basically told us that they really didn't care. Their customer service sucks once you pay for an appliance or any product at Lowe's and they have your money good luck if it's something that needs to be delivered because their customer service stops after they get your money. Anything after that and they just don't give a s*** I will never buy anything from Lowe's again I will cut up my credit card and I will gladly pay more to someone else who treats their customers better

SHAME ON YOU GO PRO - GoPro don't want to fix the ordering issue on its official website gopro.com

Go Pro is a worst company and they have worst ordering system i have ever seen in my life. A person would be very lucky if he/she is manage to place successful order from GoPro Website. Go Pro's intention is stop customers buying from their official website and they are promoting sales via retailers who are selling at much higher prices. Anyone who places order through their website always sees the same error message which is unjustified and aweful. dont know why GoPro don't want to fix this trivial ordering issue in their official website which can be fixed by a 1 years experienced software engineer. Go Pro has no intention to fix this issue as they are promoting their sales via retailers. Many people are facing this issue more than a year but goPro is not interested to permanently or temporary fix this. their support hub is flooded with customer complaints but no resolution has been provided yet. a BIG SHAME on you GO PRO.

Good Housekeeping should not approve Dunelm bedding! Lack of correct description on their bedding valances, so bought incorrect item and now because of their policy Dunelm will not refund my money althought bedding unused and in correct packaging! Very dissatisfied customer

Review of edx

Avoid if you can!

No support offered - out of date/incompatible materials issued to complete courses.Unfortunately this is the official provider of a course that I want to complete and there are no other options available. I am now 8 units in and have faced multiple issues with the course content being incompatible with environments that they have issued. Contacting EDX results in "we can't help you, ask others taking the course or fix it yourself and if you go past our quarterly mandated renewal window you will have to pay another $99". Not sure why they have to re-issue the course every 3 months given that all materials are the same again, think it may have something to do with it costing $99 each time(!)I would not recommend this provider to anyone, I wish I did not have to use them myself. Having used various providers previously for learning I can say this is the worst so far.

Aweful... a very big group of cheaters.

Aweful, bunch of squandars, liars, bunch of Thieves...Stay away from this site ... don’t get tempted of 40% off or 60% off.. they will sell t broken and not working item and then after will make you to call Manufacturers...To keep the matter simple and short. Buy stuff from Amazon with your eye closed but stay away from woot .. I know it’s kind of silly amazon owns woot right... lol that’s what these big monster company do, if a cheap stuff selling company bring a competition, they kill that company by buying it...

Review of wetransfer

12 hours with no results.

I used WeTransfer App yesterda, trying to transfer a file. After 12 .hours, the app indicated that the remaining time was 2 hours, after the app had indicated that the remaining time was 7 minutes. The file never transfered.

Review of wattpad

It became worse

The only good thing about wattpad is that some of the stories are pretty decent. Everything else just kind of sucks. It keeps throwing me out of my account and won't let me back on wattpad, multiple times a day. To the point that it has become very irritating. Sometimes even if you put in correct information it won't even let you log back in. The search engine is total bs. I also tried using the app but that wouldn't function at all(extremely slow and keeps glitching).

DISCOGS - The website for anything rare in music!

I don't know why so many people are complaining about Discogs. This is truly a great website! I'm using Discogs to buy rare CDs and Cassettes for over 5 years and I have yet to be disappointed by them. Everything I ordered arrived, including an independent album of a singer that didn't even exist as 'out of stock' at amazon, and a CD that the seller claimed not to be in stock but somehow miraculously I received it anyway!Unlike Amazon, which have let me down several times, all my orders from Discogs arrived in the mail and only once a CD was delayed on the way to me, but did arrive after 2 months. It came from far away, so I'm not complaining.Overall, it is a wonderful experience every time and I find the Customer Service Stuff (I'm a Customer Service Rep. myself, so I should know) very helpful and kind.Do not hesitate buying from Discogs! It's THE place for rare albums or compilations!

Very dissatisfied with Delta Airlines

Very dissatisfied with Delta Airlines, I won't be traveling with them ever again.Last August 2022, I needed a ticket change of dates, and so I spoke to an international representative who assured me it could be done for a fee, and that it was feasible. Long waiting on the phone with Delta, until they hang up. I called again, and they said I needed to cancel my flight and ask for a refund because the change of dates wasn't possible. Surprised by their negligence, I proceeded and agreed on the refund.After one month, I called to check on the progress of my refund, they said it was taking longer than expected because of the season, but my case was registered so I should expect the refund in a few weeks. A few weeks passed, and no answer from Delta. I called again, same story, they said I just had to wait longer.After 2 months, I finally received an email from Delta recently saying they couldn't file the refund after all. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm not sure if they're aware of what that even means.

Review of hotels

Incorrect booking information and bad customer service

We stayed at Norton Grange Hotel & Spa at Manchester and found out this hotel is known for loud music till 3am and we were NOT informed by Hotels.com when we booked it, however it clearly states in the hotels actual website that they will have loud music till 3am, if we knew we would 100% not booked it. This is really misleading from Hotels.com, they should share this information on their website. We also complained twice to Hotels.com via email and no response from them. We want a full refund as it spoilt our stay and we could not sleep all night and spoilt our Sunday as we felt sleepy during the wedding.

Buyer Protection?

Please note that I currently have an open case with eBay for non-delivery. To summerise, eBay Buyer Protection, also known as the eBay Money Back Guarantee, provides buyers with a refund if an item doesn't arrive, is faulty, damaged, or doesn't match the listing description. It covers the purchase price and original shipping costs and is free for most items. On 4th June I purchased an item which was dispatched on the 5th June using UPS as courier. The UPS van turned up on the 6th, parked outside the house for 4-5 minutes but the driver did not leave the cab of his van. After lengthy conversations with the seller and 15 days of waiting, the item still hadn't arrived and the status on the UPS tracking was showing a warning. It was obvious that the package was missing so I raised a case with eBay, that night, at 2.54am, the tracking status changed from awaiting package to return to access point to delivered. Obviously, this is untrue, if the package had been delivered or dropped off my security cameras or video doorbell would have notified me.If a tracked package has been marked as delivered eBay will usually favour the seller. However, the item is expensive and there was no proof of delivery such as a photo or signature, the eBay customer service representative put my case on hold for an additional 3 days to allow the seller to provide proof of delivery. The representative also indicated that if the additional information could not be provided the case would be closed in my favour. The 3 days have come and gone, it has almost been a week since the customer representative sent the correspondence, the case is still on hold. The customer service agent has not considered the true facts or asked me for further evidence, I have screen shots showing the UPS tracking status which clearly shows they do not have the item located at their access point.Appreciate that eBay has become a place that attracts scammers, both as buyers and as sellers so it must be difficult to find the balance in creating a fair environment for all to be called a trusted platform. But, if you are promoting that safe environment and offering buyer protection then follow up on it, don't keep people waiting and, if required as individuals to provide more evidence on non-delivery don't rely on a the say so of a delivery company, photograph and signature should be mandatory.

Duolingo started fun for my children…

Duolingo started fun for my children but the numerous updates have caused them lots of stress and upset. One of my children completely lost their streak with an update then they were jumped back several units. Meanwhile my other child was jumped ahead and couldn't keep up. The addition of goals went from one quest to multiple quests and with being jumped around on the units, it all ended in lots of tears and just not worth the stress. Therefore all 3 of my kids have slipped away from what was initially lots of fun and lots of learning. It is impossible to contact Duolingo for support also. I wouldn't recommend this anymore.

This Airline is quickly approaching the Spirit Airline category. I have been using this Airline for the past 10 years. The service has gotten worse in flights are always jam-packed now with people trying to put stuffed carry-on bags which cause other people who just bring say a carry-on and a duffel bag small size by the way having to put it under somebody else's seat because they don't have Ruby and over here because the Flies are so packed. Also it appears that the airlines has also quit doing a lot of direct flights and they're doing connecting flights now. I flew somewhere recently which could have been a 1 hour and 45 minute flight instead it was to 1 hour and 10 minute flights with a 25 minute layover. After getting off the plane I realize that I was getting back on the same plane they used to tell you that that was the case you could stay on the plane stay in your seat and they would just come by and collect the trash and asked me if you wanted anything to drink they don't provide that option anymore. My flight home was on a Sunday and it was absolutely miserable. The first flight took me to a 2 hour away destination which was in the opposite direction of my home I had a five hour layover in Chicago here before and then had another two hour trip home so it took me nine hours which by the way I had to forward at 5:35 a.m. in order to do this flight to get home by 3:00 in the afternoon. My next option was a flight with a nine and a half hour later over that would have put me at home at 10:30 at night and then the options just got worse from there bleeding over into Monday at 1:00 a.m. in the morning. It is amazing how much money the airline industry makes and how much worse their service gets and they're held to no standard while they're able to gouge us for ridiculous prices because I'm also paying double now what I used to pay to fly
