SHAME ON YOU GO PRO - GoPro don't want to fix the ordering issue on its official website gopro.com

Go Pro is a worst company and they have worst ordering system i have ever seen in my life. A person would be very lucky if he/she is manage to place successful order from GoPro Website. Go Pro's intention is stop customers buying from their official website and they are promoting sales via retailers who are selling at much higher prices. Anyone who places order through their website always sees the same error message which is unjustified and aweful. dont know why GoPro don't want to fix this trivial ordering issue in their official website which can be fixed by a 1 years experienced software engineer. Go Pro has no intention to fix this issue as they are promoting their sales via retailers. Many people are facing this issue more than a year but goPro is not interested to permanently or temporary fix this. their support hub is flooded with customer complaints but no resolution has been provided yet. a BIG SHAME on you GO PRO.
