Tried to purchase a replacement part for a scanner, but it's backordered. Nowhere on the website does it say that the part is out of stock. Doesn't even say so on the confirmation email or order status. Best clue is that the item status is "in production" and ship date is a several weeks from the order date.

Terrible shipping -- incorrect delivery status. Reaching out to both AbeBooks and OSM Worldwide did no good. Was told they would reship (due to postal destruction of label) and would not charge me. REALLY?? No new tracking info and nothing more. I will be requesting a refund but it says I have to wait 30 days to do that. TERRIBLE SERVICE, BUSINESS PRACTICES, AND SHIPPING PARTNER. I will not do business with AbeBooks again, nor do I recommend anyone else to.

Subscription Service is Complete CRAP!!!! Signed up for subscription service 4 weeks ago & ordered 7 bags dog food. Original order was lost & re-order was done. New order was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago but got a call the day before because roads were expected to be bad. Delivery was changed to yesterday. STILL HAVE NO DOG FOOD & NOW THEY CAN'T FIND IT!!!!!!
