We bought a freezer from Lowe's. I guess they don't deliver their own product to their customers. It appears they hire someone else to deliver their appliances. We had a Morning window for a delivery time to get our freezer. No one called us and told us that the delivery time had changed to an evening window for delivery. So we waited all day for a freezer to arrive. 10 minutes before it was supposed to arrive according to their app their delivery company called and said they couldn't bring it. We called Lowe's and told them that we were disabled waited all day had to hire someone to help take the doors off so we can receive the freezer moved all of our food out of the freezer into coolers it was a nightmare. When I talked to the Appliance manager at the West York Pennsylvania LOWES, we asked if it could be delivered next morning for delivery so we didnt have to lose another whole day. They told us no they can't do that offered no Solutions and basically told us that they really didn't care. Their customer service sucks once you pay for an appliance or any product at Lowe's and they have your money good luck if it's something that needs to be delivered because their customer service stops after they get your money. Anything after that and they just don't give a s*** I will never buy anything from Lowe's again I will cut up my credit card and I will gladly pay more to someone else who treats their customers better
