Locked into a subscription plan that I didn't want for the next 8 months. I chose to pay "monthly", but there is an early cancellation fee for ending my "monthly" subscription before the end of the year. Most services rely on keeping customers by continuing to deliver quality services. Adobe products are good, but painful cancellations are extremely irritating. I'll avoid Adobe like the plague moving forward.
Review of jimdo
I had a severe accident and as a result, suffered some memory issues (amnesia to be exact) and thus forgot EVERYTHING. I couldn't remember my email address or my username or password or anything at all. They helped me get going again and they did it quickly and without fuss. Davide (Jimdo Dolphin) was the Jimdo agent that helped me and he is fantastic!
Review of BBC
Apart from having to pay for this service in this day and age, I am appalled that they publicly persecute their own presenters for having an opinion! How is this different to RUSSIA? Apart from in the UK, the censorship is directly funded through a "TV License" ? . . .

Buying tickets was so easy, and they were immediately sent to my email account. All I had to do is show the email on entry to the venue, no hassle, no lost tickets 5 minutes before you leave the house! I will happily use this service again.

Review of americanexpress
I am Blue Cash preferred member, in early February 2025 I paid off the account, with zero balance. Subsequently I paid off all my other resolving accounts. On February 25, I check my credit via American Express/Experian and showed my Credit score was increase to 758. I requested a limit increase and was decline claiming low credit score of 637, from Experian, I made numerous Tel com calls trying to resolve the problem, each attempt, I end up being transferred all over the world, and get nowhere, but wrong information and sometimes rudeness. American Express keep referring me to all three credit bureaus which I did and find out my Score was in the mid 700s, and not 637, as the denial letter stated. American Express has really disappointed me with its substandard customer service, and its failure to adhere to State and Federal Consumer credit laws. The foreign customer service Reps, which American Express employes are ignorant to current US consumer credit laws protecting Americans, while American Express appears not care if they violate such laws.My state has rigged Consumer Credit laws and hope our AG sue the day lights out of that corrupt and greedy company.

Few good things such as Gmail email sync and Gmail sidebar Chrome extension. Overall very good UI and never noticed any bugs. But then there are many things are not up to the mark:1 - Slack integration doesn't send notification for many events2 - No way to forward/create lead via email3 - Overall very few third-party integrations4 - Notes doesn't support formatting so long notes becomes harder to readOur main requirement - mapping between a Gmail thread and a CRM lead/opportunity is something nobody offers. We find it overpriced for the value it delivers. We will keep using it for now and may be another year, but we are already looking for alternatives.
