Few good things such as Gmail email sync and Gmail sidebar Chrome extension. Overall very good UI and never noticed any bugs.But then there are many things are not up to the mark:1 - Slack integration doesn't send notification for many events2 - No way to forward/create lead via email3 - Overall very few third-party integrations4 - Notes doesn't support formatting so long notes becomes harder to readOur main requirement - mapping between a Gmail thread and a CRM lead/opportunity is something nobody offers.We find it overpriced for the value it delivers. We will keep using it for now and may be another year, but we are already looking for alternatives.
