I have been an ActiveCampaign user for five years and manage multiple accounts. Over this time, I have noticed a significant decline in their level of support - to the point where I have completely lost confidence in both their service and platform.The tipping point came when we initiated a routine investigation due to a suspected security breach. Unbeknownst to us, our account was immediately placed on hold, preventing us from sending emails. We were only informed of this after the fact. The investigation itself was completed overnight, with no issues found. However, it then took an additional seven days to have the hold lifted, despite repeated attempts to obtain support.The difficulty in resolving this issue, combined with the lack of communication, made it an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience - especially given that email is critical to our business operations.I can no longer recommend ActiveCampaign to anyone. There are far better alternatives available that provide both a reliable platform and exceptional support.

If you are trying to get your refund good luck expect to be on the phone every day for 2 weeks and make sure you are contacting hotel yourself too because Expedia will give you run around and will try everything in there power not to refund your money.

I recently only placed an order on etsy to support a friend NaryCrochet . the order was $69.31 for a custom plush. the plush was nothing as i wanted and the i was all detached. my “friend “ refused to fix it and eventually blocked me. again etsy didn’t do anything

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered with them a few years ago, it’s just gone completely down hill.extremely long dispatch time as well as non existent updates to tracking.Customer service is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. Long waiting times and bad connections which constantly disconnects.Requested a refund as an order I placed in 06/12 never came. I would definitely avoid and rather go to a physical store.

Worst cheat to install and use they claim for referral rewards for the first payment and after doing the first transaction they quote not eligible as you already made the first payment. And support is more worst they say stories " it may be like this and like that " no technical support itself. very disappointed with fake rewards. And support people argue that you must manual enter referral codes than why they provide a link to install with referral code. Only a few times rewards and other things work. And don't waste time reaching supports they give google search answers. I was not expecting this from google's product. very disappointed. (For me 81+21 around rewards is not important but felt bad as it is google product and I love google products)

I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with a car rental I booked through KAYAK, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others.I booked a car with SURPRICE CAR RENTAL through KAYAK, and the problems began immediately. Despite paying through KAYAK, when I arrived to pick up the car, SURPRICE CAR RENTAL claimed they had not received the payment. I contacted them multiple times—four or five times, in fact—and even had the border police reach out on my behalf. Every single time, they insisted they hadn't received the payment.The situation got even worse when SURPRICE CAR RENTAL drove us to a remote location far from where we were supposed to pick up the car, only to tell us that no small cars were available. They offered no substitutes or alternatives, leaving us stranded in the middle of nowhere without a vehicle. We had already paid for the rental, so this was completely unacceptable.But what really adds insult to injury is KAYAK’s complete lack of support. Despite reaching out to KAYAK to help resolve this issue, I received no assistance. As the platform that facilitated the booking and processed the payment, KAYAK should have ensured that the payment was securely transferred to the rental company. Instead, I was left without a car, no support, and a severely disrupted travel plan.This experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise anyone considering using KAYAK to think twice, as their lack of accountability and customer support has caused me a great deal of stress and inconvenience. I expected more from a company like KAYAK, but unfortunately, they failed to deliver even basic customer service in this situation.

Really disappointed. I’ve used Kayak for really well priced flights before. However now when I search flights with luggage I get the great prices but once you are directed to the booking sites the luggage is no longer included. This wastes time and is misleading. Kayak needs to sort out such errors.
