Useless, go direct to apple!

Useless. I took my apple phone in for screen replacement, booked online and told them what was needed, iphone model etc. I drive 25 mins to the store, wait 15 mins in line, he messes with my phone then tells me they dont have the part in. so i pay $29 and they say 2-3 days. TWO WEEKS later and ive heard nothing, so i go to apple direct and get it done same day. i then start a chat, they tell me to call customer services with a code and they will refund me. I do that, im told no you have to go to the store, i dont want to go to the store again, 30 mins there, argue for a refund and 30 mins home, i have better things to do than nearly 2 hours to get a refund for something they have failed on, so i ask to speak to a customer service manager. im told ill get a call back in 2 hours, you guessed it, no call back. i call the next day, told the same, and surprise surprise, no call back. Absolutely disgraceful customer service from start to finish, now im placing it in dispute with my credit card company. i do not see why i have to go all the way to the store, they should be finding a way to make it good. appalling! ill be avoiding best buy at all costs now.
