I appreciate the response from Binance here, but I feel compelled to provide additional context regarding my attempts to resolve this issue.I have tried to contact Binance through the email and live chat methods provided. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response via email, and I encountered technical issues with the live chat system. As a visitor, the system failed to send verification codes to my email or phone number, which led me to give up on that approach. In my quest for a solution, I found the email address in the privacy section of Binance's website and sent a detailed request there, including multiple forms of identification and proof of address. I provided all necessary details to verify my identity and prove I am the account holder. However, the only response I received was a request for the last location from which I accessed my account, which is difficult to provide due to the use of privacy protection measures.I understand the importance of security, but I believe it should be applied reasonably based on the specific case. In my situation, I am not requesting sensitive information, as I have already provided my own data. I am simply asking for my transaction history, which is crucial for my tax purposes.Unfortunately, I do not have a Case ID, as I have not been provided with one during this process. I have not received further assistance despite my numerous attempts and providing ample identification.
