We have used Brightpearl for over 8 years. It manages our inventory, customer database (B2B and B2C), and our accounting. I can't imagine running the business without it, it's like having an extra member of staff. It's coped with our growth, and additional plugins allow us to link to our newsletter platform (Klaviyo) and retail sites which manage all online orders. Any issues are solved quickly and efficiently through their help desk.

The best price guarantee...don't believe it. Reading details, you have to fill a form 24 hours before you check in. So...imagine you have an "emegency", you need a room and do it through your loyalty program...and then realize there's a web 20% lower. When you claim the BPG...SORRY, it was same day, OUR POLICY TO MEMBER DOES NOT COVER BEST PRICE GUARANTEE FOR THE SAME DAY. So...check before you book, IHG has turned EXPENSIVE vs offers at other webs. My claim reference (which was ignored) -- 10547556433

Shop didn’t have “time” for full service that I paid for and still charged me extra at the time of service and I waited an hour and a half for a simple oil change & diagnostics when I called at around 12 and made an appointment for 3:30 didn’t get outta there till 5:30 terrible I’d never go back to them again and that’s the only place I ever go to get my oil change

GHI published an article "9 best steam generator irons to buy 2024 UK" last updated 27th November 2023. In the article they awarded the £600 "Philips PerfectCare Elite Plus GC9682/86" iron first place with 95/100. For comparison they awarded the "Philips PerfectCare 6000 Series Steam Generator Iron PSG6064/86" for £260 3rd place with 88/100. Having had the chance to try both, these irons are of the same performance and except for styling and some exceedingly minor ergonomic differences, they are the same iron. One metric differs in the manufacturer's spec sheet - the more expensive iron can produce "up to" an extra 10% or so of steam on the highest burst mode - this level of difference in this rarely used feature of the iron is not distinguishable by users of the two products. So we have two irons that are to all intents and purposes, the same product. They suffer from the same chintzy cheap plastic manufacture - the securing latch button for the iron body is extremely loose fitting when in the released position for example. I find the fact that 2 almost entirely identical irons, except for a £330 price difference, are awarded 1st and 3rd place to the most expensive first and the cheaper (at less than half the price) getting 3rd place, absolutely inexplicable. The judgment of these professional judges is suspect.

I watch Fox and Friends everyday but have a hard time watching on weekend with Rachel sitting there all slouched down. Please tell her to sit up straight or put a table in front of her. She is so distracting to watch. Love them all but so hard to watch with her poor posture!

I love Amazon, by far the most reliable and best place to shop for me. All the items I have ordered have always arrived either early or on time, they have anything you could possibly want, and I’ve never been disappointed by this company. I would recommend them any day!

Review of calendly
Calendly auto charged me for another year, i was at least expecting a reminder email. I was shocked to see the charge on my credit card today with no email reminders along side it. They just go on about the terms, yet you dont think they are going to just charge you without so much of a warning. I dont even use calendly any more, i have never earnt enough through it and yet its looking like I may not be able to even get my money back. I appreciate subscriptions are there for a reason however at least be fair about it and give me a chance to opt out. Do you think I remember what i did yesterday nevermind a year ago. Before you come out with your generic please email us, i already have. Apparently billing team need to decide if I get a refund. Shocking how you basically get us to agree to terms that, lets face it noone really reads fully.
Review of scribd
Some decent material but did not have what I required so I tried to cancel. The cancellation page is very misleading verging on a scam. You click cancel subscription and the following page says you still have 24 days of read remaining. This makes it look very much like a cancellation confirmation and you can continue until the end of the current subscription. Only if you scroll down does it then show two buttons with the "retain subscription" being the obvious one. I ended up paying for at least 2 months of subscription I did want and it seems I can only claim a refund for one month! Cannot talk to anybody or email anybody to discuss even though they could check that I had not logged in for months, just a computer with set answers. Very poor service.

Purchased an Edmonton Oiler puzzle. I purchased via website not my logged in account. Don’t know who the artist is. Anyway the puzzle is HORRIBLE pieces half the thickness of regular. Super thin and terrible to put together. Only reason I’m keeping is the tin box for decoration. $63. A little pricey for a tin box. Cindy
