Pointless company. Serves no purpose.

Unless you're willing to spend over $80 a month on a dedicated IP don't bother with SendGrid. They cannot send emails to Hotmail addresses.... You heard that correctly... IF YOUR CUSTOMER HAS A HOTMAIL ADDRESS, THEY WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR EMAILS. That just seems insane for a business who's sole purpose is to deliver emails.If that's not already a deal breaker, there also is no customer service. If your business is suffering because your emails aren't being delivered you will likely be waiting over 2 weeks if you hear back from customer support...It's just an utterly useless business. Suitable only for people that can guarantee their customers will not use a Hotmail address and people who can go weeks/months without email if they happen to encounter an issue that requires customer support.

Without a clue staff.

Yesterday 8/19 mid-day I went to the North Attleboro location to buy several items...They didn't have all I needed so after engaging with 2 employees I got my eye cream & went to the checkout. The girl said hello and asked for my phone number which I declined. I just said I didn't want to give my phone number out. She let me know that she needed it to ring in a purchase,I said " you mean to tell me that I can't buy something unless I give you my phone number?? She said "yes,the system wouldn't let her". What a line of crap!! I told her to just forget it then and walked to the exit where I engaged the manager making her aware of the discussion,she refuted it saying that "yes, you can make a purchase..by that time i was disgusted. I let the manger know I'd order it on Amazon for the same price and I did. This is not the first time i've had an encounter with a "without a clue cashier".. Every once in awhile I give Ulta a chance to redeem themselves..unfortunately it rarely happens. Sad that she didn't try to come to me and offer some compensation to keep my business, I was in retail for 40 plus years and would have embraced that situation as an opportunity to teach my staff and build trust back in the client. I'm a Realtor and know lot of people ..who have a lot of money! Wakey wakey people!!.
